House is not good for staying no lock for the room. Too hot, ceiling is too short.

Communication with the property owner was horrible. The number on the listing didn’t get us anywhere. We had to go through Vrbo to contact them through another number. Check in was supposed to be at 4, we were not provided the code until 5 after multiple calls went unanswered and having to go through Vrbo again.

Far cry from the listing- run down, half unoperable & no essentials.

Very disappointed to spend money we worked for to stay here. Images must be from its original opening? not sure. early check in was available at the steep price of 129. whatever, for convenience at a nice cute location- i'm willing. only to get there and realize that you can only sleep 15 if you're just sitting 6 of them upright on the couch. between both bathrooms, half roll of toilet paper, a dirty singular replacement under the sink. it was cleaned *enough* but clearly counter weren't wiped down with the sticky gatorade bottle marks on the counters. No paper towels, Toilet paper, Trash bags, one singular pan was available to cook, along with a singular pot. a "smoker" outside with the bottom broken out, no microwave and the oven was not operational since it was full of some kind of wet chemical that began to immediately smoke. No pillow cases on 4 of the extra pillows that I guess meant for the ones sleeping upright in the living area. light switches duck taped, closets full of garbage and some mix of clothing, dog beds and other random items. Dirty water machines that was empty anyways. Wasp nests on the porch, along with doors not wanting to stay closed and a washing machine that sounded like it was blowing up the time we tried to wash a couple towels. Also, no laundry soap LOL We made the best of it, and am grateful to be with family but clearly they don't care about getting more bookings as they didn't even the bare minimum.

Disappointed

The yard was all over grown. The porch had a wasp infestation. The property was not maintained properly. All the outdoor chairs were broken. Do not recommend this place at all

Not as advertised

I’m very disappointed in this property that I stayed at with my family. First of all right off the bat the yard was so over grown and not maintained that you couldn’t even walk through it due to the height of the grass and the stickers everywhere. The photos of the house on the website do not match the actual place itself. The porch is falling apart and there are cables and wires that are just hanging and connected to random things. The outdoor shower is there but you cannot get to it due to the over grown and unmantained yard. On the inside the floor was so dirty After walking across it your feet or socks were black. The stove was dirty. The shower in the master bathroom is on the smaller side but the bad part about it was the shower floor was broken. One night after everyone had gone to bed the power went out in one of the rooms and we were unable to locate the breaker box due to it being in the closet in the master bedroom which was locked and nobody had a key to it we had to contract the host who told us we needed to essentially break into the back closet in order to turn the power back on. The house was 95 degrees when we arrived and the house is full of mini split AC and single standing AC units which is fine but the remotes needed batteries which there was none in the house for them. The house is not equipped for a group of 15. There is a safety hazard walking into the house due to the gap between the door and the porch and communication with the host was terrible.

Great Stay

They were not kidding about those mosquitoes! The house was super cute! Listing said sleeps 15 however we were a party of 12 (4 adults, 6 kids) and it was a pretty tight fit. Overall it was a great stay! Would definitely recommend filling in that gap as we did have some falls but still amazing stay!

Is not as described

Does not fit 15 people. Maybe enough for 7 people. Barely fit 12 and had to use sofa and airup mattresses. It was not clean! Washer was dirty, bathrooms dirty, trash can dirty, walls dirty, front door dirty. Grass not mowed. Small bathroom did not have any ventilation and was extremely hot. Outside shower did not work, and that's the main photo for rental. Dryer was full of lent and stays on after you open the door, safety hazard. Only one trashbag in kitchen, not enough for 4 night stay. Top bunk is too close to the ceiling fan. Floors dirty, gaps everywhere. Big gap between front door and porch. No locks on bathroom or bedroom doors, and one room the door didnt stay closed. Kids found toys and trash under sofa. Dirty towel in drawer. Glad we took cookware. Just a lot of things that make it not worth the stay. Best thing was the games, the kids stayed entertained. Would not book again.

Dishonest

Place was not as clean as I would of expected. Sleeping places was not as advertised. At the most 7 to 8 guests, best you know and trust family/friends very well. Sofa does not fold out into a bed. Buy/bring air mattresses/sleeping bags. Make sure all booking is correct as advertised way before hand.

Great stay

Overall it had what we needed. Minor issues that we were able to correct with out bothering property manager. Only cons was the mosquitos they were huge and left stingers. Taking off spray is a must.

Family Function 5days (15group total)

The property was beautiful, the location was beautiful. There was just a few minor issues that could use a upgrade. 1. Walking into the front door there is a big gap (All of the kids in our group and one senior fell and got stuck thank god no one was injured) they should put a piece of 2x4 right there to prevent injuries. 2. The master shower upon arrival did not have no shower head (the property management did have someone come out the next day and install one) 3. The cleanliness of the home could of been better upon arrival 4. There is very few pots and pans for cooking and no coffee pot just a keurig we did have to go to the store for a electric griddle. They did have arcade games pacman, galaga, and Nintendo which kept the kids occupied when we came back from our days at the beach. Overall it was a great property, it did sleep all 15 of us lol with 1 extra air matress we had, air-conditioning was amazing and the decor was beautiful. Would definitely recommend for smaller groups 6+, property management was very nice and answered any questions or problems we had in a timely manner. Thank you 😊 we had a blast!

Pros and cons

Pro: not far from town Pro: beds were clean Pro: nice lounge area Con: to many mosquitoes ( bring spray) Con: does not fit 8 people, let alone 15 Con: top bunk was to close to fan Con: no microwave like pictured Honestly it was fine overall, but i wouldn't stay there again.

Last weekends before school starts

Property was even better than the pictures. Property Manager was attentive. Short walk to the water and beautiful sunrise and sunset.

Stay

Needed more toilet paper not enough for the amount of people as well as towels no hand soap in the kitchen or bathrooms. The washer was not working properly. The biggest concern is the gap from the front porch into the house had two kids one 6 and one that was 2 fell through that gap not safe. Could have been a very bad thing the just got scraps and a bruise.

Excelente casa con mucha trankilidad y mucha limpieza

Sin duda un lugar increíble donde se puede apreciar la belleza de la naturaleza en toda su dimensión, casa con excelentes condiciones eh higiene. El dueño una persona bien atenta y pendiente de el bienestar de sus clientes, lo recomiendo y sin duda regresaré muy pronto. Pues estés es un pedazo de paraíso!!!
