This recently remodeled 3 bed 1.5 bath home is centrally located, beautifully decorated, and ready for guests. The house is positioned perfectly for visitors of all kinds. Walk to our favorite grocery store Town & Country or take a summer stroll to the Billings renown Rose Park. The location is what makes this house special, it is .5 mile to Rocky Mountain College, 7min to Billings hospitals, and 7min to Billings -Logan International Airport. This house was remodeled completely for a fresh and updated feel, while refinishing the original 1961 red oak hardwood floors to keep the original charm of the home. Premium bedding throughout, high-speed internet, fully outfitted kitchen, and smart-TV, we are sure this home will be a perfect fit for most travelers visiting Billings, Montana. We put an emphasis on clean! We sanitize and disinfect after each and every stay.

*We have been hosting on VRBO since 2018. This listing is new to the platform, but we are not. We communicate quickly and address needs in a timely manner. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out! Lastly, there is a private/completely separate mother-in-law suite below this home with a separate entrance. They park in the backyard parking area and do not come in contact with you during your stay. We have professionally insulated the home so that this is not a distraction to you or your guests.

This pretty little house was exactly as advertised: clean, well equipped and appointed, and in a lovely neighborhood. Air conditioning worked great. We enjoyed daily walks, plus it was in just the right spot for our various trips to visit family, shop, etc. We will definitely return on our next Billings visit.

This was a great place to stay if you are looking to be right in the middle of town close to everything in Billings. Travis was super attentive and responded quickly if we needed anything! The house was everything we expected it to be. 10/10 recommend

Weekend visit

This house was perfect for our family. We came down for a basketball tournament and it was so nice to be comfortable after a long day. House was beautiful and had everything we needed during the weekend. It was comfortable and the kids still talk about that house! We would stay here again in the future!

Exceeded expectations!

Wow! This house was amazing, the interior design and furnishings were next level great, as was the finishes in the home such as appliances, moldings, paint, counters, etc. The home just had a peacefulness to it that allowed us to relax, great WiFi for work, friendly hosts who keep property in perfect shape and the location is great too. Next time we are in town, we will be booking in advance here!

Very disappointed

I am very disappointed with our experience. Before booking we asked if there was a fenced in yard for our kids to play. They said yes the backyard is fenced in. After booking we were notified to use the fenced in yard minimally due to construction. Disappointed we didn’t get that information before we booked. The kitchen was very under stocked. And to top it off they collected property damage claims on a bunch of items that were exactly as they were when we arrived.

Hi Reece, my family is super disappointed in this review. When asked we granted you access to the yard with a few precautions for some construction materials we had stored since it would be your young kids playing back there. Lastly, we try to avoid damage claims at all costs. In this situation there was so much damage that we had to make a claim. As per our prior reviews all of our other guests have had great experiences with us and our house.

Not bad but not impressed

The ventilation in the 2nd bedroom with the queen bed was terrible. We could not get comfortable and sleeping was not great. It was comfortable then it would get really hot at night and we didn’t feel comfortable opening the windows which faced the street. It appears that this is a shared unit as well. They have blocked off access to the backyard and have a second entrance on the back deck to the other unit. We did use the backyard behind the gate to store some of our camping gear but no where did the listing say that this was a shared property. Overall it was a pleasant stay and worked out well for what we needed but the seating and living room is very cramped for more than a couple people with one love seat and a couple chairs which made it hard to get comfortable and relax.

Hey Joshua, there is a separate unit in the basement, but it has been under construction for the past year and there is no one living there. We have this listed in our listing. The backyard is not blocked off, we just warn guests that there is some materials being stored in the backyard. Did you open the vent in the 2nd bedroom? We have had no issues with "ventilation" in that room until we read this review. Our pictures of our listing are extremely accurate. If you wanted a large couch to relax on, then I would recommend booking a home that shows a large couch in the living space.

We are one of only a few mid-century homes that have been updated in the neighborhood. We kept the 1960s unique characteristics and updated the home top to bottom with a fresh new look, including a new AC!
