The Loft: In Little Washington, VA

The Loft is located in the heart of Little Washington, VA and within steps to The Inn at Little Washington. Built in 1950, it has been completely renovated for guests to enjoy and nestles into this historic area in the most charming way. Enjoy a comfortable stay and views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.You will feel relaxed and taken care of whether you are here for a night or a few days. With a private bedroom and spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, there's plenty of room for family, work or both.

Includes all basic necessities including bathrobes and free toiletries, has a private bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, bed linens, towels, free Wifi, free private parking, ac/heat, and outdoor spaces. Pull-out sofa is prepped withclean fitted & flat sheetson the mattress. Extra pillows and blankets are located in the white dresser.
Guests will have access to the entire Loft area. Entrance is in front and free private parking located behind the building. Separate rental offices available on premises if needed.
There are plenty of local attractions to enjoy in and around Sperryville and Little Washington: hiking, cycling, wineries, breweries, art galleries, fine dining, spas, walking trails, caverns, and endless spectacular views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Anniversary weekend get away

Nice Loft in Little Washington

The loft was perfect for our one night getaway to Washington. We were eating at The Inn and this location was great. Walking distance to everything in the town. The property was very clean and had everything we needed.

Beautiful suite in gorgeous locale

The Loft is advertised as a single bedroom B&B but you actually have the entire top floor of a small commercial building giving you a large living/kitchen area as well. The property was well-appointed, spotless, and had a great view of the Blue Ridge mountains. We were only a block from The Inn at Little Washington (our dinner destination) and an easy walk to all the galleries, shops, and other eateries in town. Would gladly do a repeat visit.

The place was very clean, cozy and bright during the day. Also very quiet. I thought I had read that there was 1 1/2 bathrooms but there is only one. It is very large however. The kitchen has a refrigerator and a microwave and Keurig coffee maker. The pull out sofa has a typical sofa mattress and was full size. Loved the short walking distance into town and the privacy of the building!

Quiet stay…

The good… Cute and well maintained property in a cute town… went to a community theater production that was excellent one block from the property. 23 minutes to old rag parking lot. Bad…if you want to walk to eat dinner it may set you back about 340$ a person :-). Only one other walking-to dinner option but it was more of a lunch place. There is no cell service through at and t in town. Minor annoyances… the property did not have a means to boil water outside of putting cups in rhe microwave. Brought own french press but couldnt use it die to lack of hot water availability.

Great for visiting the Inn

The loft is a 2-3 minute walk from the Inn at Little Washington and a fraction of the cost. The property is cozy and exactly as it appears in the photos. My husband and I had dinner reservations at the Inn and stayed here vs. spending another $2k to stay just down the street. Highly recommend staying here if you’re dining at the Inn!

we loved the loft!

this was the perfect location for a visit to Little WASHINGTON! Nicely situated walking distance from everything in town and a short drive to wineries and Orchards, as well as the cute town of Sperryville. The beds were comfortable, the place was super clean and well appointed with nice linens and bedding. I sincerely appreciated the availability of coffee and creamer. Which is often overlooked at short term rental properties. We cannot wait to return!

Lovely accommodations

Lovely, spacious apartment with everything one could need! Charming window seats and comfortable living area (pull-out bed not too comfortable, as is usually the case!). Cell phones do generally not pick up signals in the apartment or in most of the town, but there is a landline phone in the living room, though we didn't try it. This was the first time in a B&B type arrangement that there was no proprietor there to greet us upon arrival, but all went pretty well, through texting, etc., with the flexibility of being able to arrive when it suited us. Thank you for a nice stay!
