Great place to spend a week in London! So quiet, and included everything we could need. Clean and modern. I’m The bed was comfy and we got great sleeps. Steep steps up to the second level and a somewhat unconventional bathroom, but all good! Lovely neighborhood full of wonderful coffee places, pubs and restaurants.

Our family of four (2 adults, 15 yr old, 11 yr old) had a great 1.5 week stay. Many things were within walking distance and we saw so much of London, after quick walks to Underground stations. The half bath on the main level was a huge help and the kitchen had everything we needed. The sleeper sofa worked well for the kids and the upstairs bedroom was very spacious. It was a nice place to return to after a long day of exploring.

Awesome place in an excellent location!

If you're looking to stay in London with family, this place is the perfect place to do it. Next to cute restaurants and near tube stops, this place is perfect for both enjoying local scenery and taking in all of London. James was also so nice and communicative, always responding in a timely fashion to questions we asked. 10/10 would stay again.

Centrally located flat with nice amenities

This flat is extremely conveniently located and very spacious. Nice fully stocked kitchen, reliable WiFi, and an easy and friendly checkin process. It's a nice place to get away from the hustle and bustle of London, yet all that hustle and bustle is right there when you're ready for it.The owner is very responsive and answered my questions very quickly.Thanks!

Great flat

This was a great flat in a fantastic location. My husband, teenager and I stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were great too. We would here again!

Great location to Enjoy London

We had a great stay and they were very flexible. We had a very early flight and we were able to check in and meet the property manager in the late morning. Communication was great and the unit worked well for our family of 4. We would definitely stay again! Thanks

This apartment was quiet, even with several excellent restaurants on the street, and comfortable even on hot days. Grocery store just a block away. Buses and the Underground are a 5 minute walk away. The bed and pullout sofa were large and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The washer and dryer worked well. The host was kind and extremely responsive. Would stay here again if we ever return to London.

Great little place

It was in a great location near the BBC. Great little shops, pubs, and coffee locations within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood and the size of the apartment was just right for our teen son and us parents. All the amenities you need were there, Tesco down the street if you needed something- the extra half bathroom was such a nice addition. Great little outdoor area for smokers (we are not). So nicely lit when sun is out- you don't need lights on. James was a great host and was patient when the train was slow for us!

This property was extremely close to many restaurants and bars. It was really easy to get to as there were a couple stations no more than 10 minute walk. The place worked well for our family of three. Had everything we needed and it was nice to come back and able to relax in a nice, quiet place. James the owner was very communicative and nice. He gave us easy directions on how to get there, and even was able to accommodate us and allow us to leave our luggage there most of the day after checkout since our flight didn’t leave till late that day. Such a big help not to have to deal with luggage all day. I would stay here again.

Bath Issues and Stairs

21 Narrow stairs to a second story bedroom. A Bathroom with Three stairs going down to a shower and toilet. Not very safe. No hand rails. Shower needs a non-slip mat in its bottom.

Great location and easy communication. The flag was well located close to tube stations and regents street. Host was easy to communicate with. Flat had many nice extras (washing powder, hairdryer, tea / coffee, Netflix, etc) and basic cooking tools. We didn’t cook while there but I think it would be sufficient for a simple meal or two. Water pressure was decent and bed/sofa bed comfortable. Neighbourhood was safe and vibrant (lots of restaurants / bars nearby) and there is a Tesco just around the corner. One thing to note - I felt the upstairs could get quite warm at night, despite changing the thermostat. Fans are provided which is helpful but it was still a bit warm. To be fair though, it seemed like we visited during a slight heatwave and unusual conditions (7 days with straight sunshine! 😀). Minor things I noticed (kitchen garbage can lid broken, a few chipped plates/ cups) but they were very minor. A great stay for myself and 2 children (under 11s). Would definitely book again.

James met us at check-in and was friendly and helpful. The street is full of shops, restaurants/pubs, and coffee. It's walkable to multiple tube lines (within a few blocks) in the middle of cute Fitzrovia! The upstairs bedroom is quiet, and the bed (almost the size of a US Queen) is firm and comfortable. The upstairs shower is quirky with little room to move, but the water pressure and temperature was great. Multiple storage areas for clothes with lots of hangers. Downstairs has the kitchen, dining table, sofa, smart TV, small outdoor area, and a half bath. Kitchen was fully stocked. A major plus: there are extra linens, blankets, and pillows to accommodate sleepers with different needs (hot vs cold). Laundry and dryer were perfect for our longer stay. If traveling from other countries, bring plug and USB adaptors since there are none. Overall, this was a great rental!

Awesome location right in the centre of London. Great locations for food literally next door and just a short walk to Oxford Circus, Regent Street and all the shopping you want. Nonetheless it is absolutely quiet. For four it is a bit tight, as you need to convert the couch to a bed, for two it would be awesome. Shower is a bit tricky to get to the right temperature and could be larger, but that’s all I can criticize. Good supply in tea and coffee. James‘s colleague was very helpful to show us everything when he handed us the keys.
