The Space:

Soft morning light pours through the patio doors as you step onto the private pool deck, the scent of fresh Florida air mingling with the distant hum of theme‑park excitement. Inside, the villa opens into spacious living areas where laughter echoes from the Star Wars loft and the game room buzzes with friendly competition. After a day of rides, you can unwind beneath the twinkling lights of the pool or drift into imaginative themed bedrooms that spark wonder for kids and nostalgia for adults. The open flow of the home invites you to settle in, recharge, and plan the next adventure.



Sleeping arrangements

Eight thoughtfully arranged bedrooms span two levels. Downstairs, Bedroom 1 offers a Queen Bed, while Bedroom 2 features a King Bed with an en‑suite bathroom. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 provides a Queen Bed with an en‑suite bathroom. Two Disney Princess themed rooms each contain two Twin Beds, creating a magical retreat for younger guests. The Super Hero themed bedroom includes two Twin Bunk Beds, perfect for sibling fun. Bedroom 6 holds a King Bed and shares a Jack‑and‑Jill bathroom with Bedroom 7, which offers a Queen Bed. Bedroom 8 presents a Queen Bed with its own en‑suite bathroom.



Indoor living

Two large living areas give groups plenty of space to spread out. The upstairs Star Wars loft adds a playful gathering spot, while the downstairs living and dining rooms are ideal for shared meals or relaxing after a park day. A TV and themed décor set the stage for movie nights or quiet downtime. Central air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year‑round, and essentials such as bed linens, towels, extra pillows, and blankets are provided. A free washer and dryer let you refresh clothing, and a dedicated workspace supports remote needs.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare meals at your own pace. Indoor and outdoor dining areas let you choose where to enjoy breakfast, dinner, or a casual snack, while the BBQ grill adds a fun option for shared evenings.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private pool and hot tub framed by patio doors, with sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture inviting you to soak up the warm Florida air. A private patio offers a quiet spot to unwind between outings, and beach essentials are provided for easy trips to the coast.



Game room

The game room invites friendly competition with air hockey, basketball, and a bean‑bag toss game, giving everyone an easy way to spend time together.



Neighborhood

Located in the Windsor at Westside community, you gain access to resort amenities including a kids arcade, activity areas, a full gym, a zero‑entry pool, water playground, slides, lazy river, and sports courts. The villa is a short drive from Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, and a variety of shopping and dining options.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a camera in the garage although is out of service.

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability!
