Gorgeous 3 bedroom cabin on Current River with private boat ramp

So much fun wrapped up in this spacious Riverfront home. Approximately 8 miles from the city limits of Doniphan, Mo and 1/4 mile from convenience store in Current-view, Mo. Perfectly equipped for outdoor enthusiasts with kayaks and river accessories.
This large 3 bed 2 bath home accommodates 9 guests. The master has an en-suite and tv with wifi(Roku)
Second bedroom has Queen bed. Third bedroom has full and twin bed. All with brand new mattresses and bedding provided.
Day bed with trundle in the living room to complete the 9 guest accommodation.
There is no cell service but house is equipped with WiFi for the smart tv in living-room and WiFi calling if needed.
Recreation room with pool table, darts and corn hole for your indoor and outdoor fun.
Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.
Outdoor living at its best when you walk out on this huge back deck overlooking beautiful Current River. Outdoor seating with a gas fire pit. Charcoal grill for those burgers and hotdogs.
It can’t hardly get any better.

there’s a swim area and boat ramp too!

This property could not have been any better for our family. We celebrated our dad’s 85th birthday here and we hosted his family for a lovely bbq. We were able to bring our 17 year old standard poodle which made this trip possible. The kitchen was perfect. So many helpful amenities. The house is huge…bedrooms were great, bathrooms wonderful. The deck was amazing… so many thoughtful touches throughout the home to make us feel “at home”. I could go on and on! The hosts were always responsive within moments of contacting them throughout the whole process. We will definitely be renting this home again if it’s it’s available. Thank you sooooooo much!

Great getaway!

Our family really enjoys this place. The home is just awesome, everything you need. Fantastic setting and a perfect place to relax! The host is very accommodating making sure you have everything you need. This is our second year staying here and we will go back!!

Beautiful and relaxing stay on Current River

I can’t think of one thing that would have made this property better. It was amazing. The property is situated on the Current River with all the creature comforts you may want. Our family of 4, ages 38-65, really enjoyed ourselves kayaking, fishing and cooking together.

Absolute paradise

Relaxing Retreat

The home was very nice and clean and very well stocked. A beautiful view of the river from the back deck with lots of nice shade trees. The steps from the deck down to the dock were a bit steep for anyone with bad knees or older folks, so a hand-rail might be beneficial. The owners were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful, quiet, extremely well-equipped!

We had a wonderful, relaxing week just chilling out on the beautiful Current river in your lovely property! I have been renting vacation homes for over 30 years, and this was absolutely the best equipped I have ever rented! It is isolated, but reasonably close to shopping and town. The beds are comfortable, and the place is huge and has something to entertain everyone! Books,puzzles, cornhole, pool table, ( you do need some cue stick tips…we had to share), just sitting on the dock watching the river run by was fascinating! We found every thing you could think of needing for cooking in the kitchen. We are already planning a trip for next year. Thank you for sharing your lovely vacation home with us!

Wonderful stay on the Current River

Most people think of Van Buren and floating the Current River, but our group just wanted to find a spot to park ourselves in our chairs in the river and just enjoy the flow of the river. We found just that spot not very far from the cabin and we could float to it. The cabin is in a nice, quiet area and is only 8 to 10 miles from Doniphan in case you need to get anything. It was very easy to find the cabin via GPS. Our whole group enjoyed the spacious great room, sleeping arrangements, porch and deck over the river. Wonderful weekend with family without tourists hassles Loved it.

Fantastic

The property and home were both amazing. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again for a longer stay. Loved the dock, easy access to river and the host supplied tubes, floats and lawn chairs. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed for cooking. Can’t wait to go back!!

Weekend on the Current River

This property was perfect with a breathtaking view, and the gorgeous sunsets were an added bonus. The house was very clean and had everything we needed, and then some. Our group ranged in age from 7 to 50 and everyone enjoyed their stay. Very quiet, low bat trafgic area. It was a very peaceful weeknd at tgis gorgeous home!

Pics don’t do it justice.

Spent a week here with family and could t ask for much more. It was very peaceful and great swimming and fishing. This place is isolated from the touristy spots. Depending on what you want to do, this can be plus or minus. Van buren is about 55 minutes away and probably the best bet for tubing. The bridge to big spring is easy and relaxing. Doniphan has a few good restaurants and river access if you want to take a longer river trip back to the cabin. Only thing the kids wished for was better gravel bar access as this is always their favorite part of a river vacation. But it wasn’t a deal breaker. We’ll be back!

Summer fun - great house!!

Beautiful property. The covered dock is amazing and the swimming area is even better. The house is loaded with all kinds of ways to have fun. The kitchen is huge and well appointed. We wanted for nothing while there. We highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a getaway in the summer. It is close enough to Doniphan that you can get your groceries and other things in town.

Hidden Gem

Beautiful clean home with a lot of space located in a perfect area. We enjoyed the view of the river and using the kayaks to explore. This was a wonderful getaway for adults and our kids. We floated down the river and played on the rock banks for hours. This area is more private so it is away from the crowds of floaters. We loved the large deck and dock over the water. Host was quick to respond! We will be back!

Perfect for family trip

We stayed here for a couple days to take a float trip on current river. The cabin and outdoor space was perfect. Plenty of space for outside and inside entertainment.
