Paradise Pointe is on a dead end street with the absolute best of neighbors!
It is so quiet here!

There are many ways to travel around this neighborhood… Vehicle, bicycle, speedboat, catamaran, kayak or paddle boat or good ole days walking legs!
Hometown BNBS House Rules-

Most of these are understood, but we have to post them.
Please carefully read over these house rules.

Quiet Hours: 11 pm - 8 am
No smoking in the home.

No pets over 40lbs.
Must be pre-approved.
$75 nonrefundable pet fee and covers up to 2 pets. (You accept any liability for your pet) $400 pet fee Month+ guests.

No parties!!

Accurate number of guests (overnight & visitors) must be noted due to insurance requirements. Guest will be charged for any additional visitors to the home if not added to the reservation but observed on security cameras.
Max 12 people on the property per insurance requirements.

During stays of 7 days and longer, cleaners or maintenance are required to walk through and inspect the home.

**If the police are called to the home for any reason all persons in the home will be evicted immediately.

LOCALS:
Locals must communicate the reason for the stay prior to booking.

CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 3pm.
CHECK-OUT: Check out time is 10am.
Guest agrees to pay the daily rental rate if not checked out by the specified check out time.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS: Only the specific number of guests noted in the booking are allowed on premises, unless approved in writing by host. If Guest exceeds the occupancy noted in the reservation, all guests and/or visitors will be immediately evicted without refund for unused days remaining.
By Booking, Guest also agrees to pay a charge of $50 per person/ per day for every visitor not specifically identified by Guest in the reservation.

Any tampering with surveillance equipment will result in immediate eviction of the home and up to a $200 Fine.

SMOKING FEE: Guest agrees to pay a $250/per day Smoke Damage Cleaning Fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered by host or cleaning crew after guest checks out. This fee will cover costs to remove odors from the home, and lost revenue during cleaning.

REPORTING DAMAGE: Guest agrees to keep the home in same condition throughout their stay. Any damage to furnishings, fixtures, or furniture or other notable conditions found upon guest's arrival will be reported to the Host within one (1) hour of Occupancy.

DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS: This home is full of important Items, We have an inventory and take pictures before and after every booking.
Guest agrees to pay for any damage made by guests or their visitors to the Property and furnishings, fixtures, or furniture. Guest agrees to pay for any damage made by guests or visitors.

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction from the Property. You, your guests and visitors, agree that any drug use on the Property, or using the Property for any unlawful purpose, or violation of any law or ordinance on or about the Property will immediately terminate your occupancy and be grounds for immediate eviction from the Property. You shall be liable for any and all costs incurred by Host and the refund will not be provided for the remaining balance of your stay.

LIABILITY: Host shall not be liable to Guest, its guests or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guest shall hold Host/Owner harmless and indemnify Host/Owner from and against all loss, injury or damage occasioned by the use or misuse or abuse of any part of the Property and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of Guests, or invitees.
This Property is obviously located on the water, so please use at your own risk.

LOSS OF USE: Guest agrees to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules.

COMPLAINTS FROM NEIGHBORS: We want all of our guests are to be respectful of neighbors. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from Property.
No refund will be given for the unused portion of the guests stay.

KITCHEN ITEMS: All items in kitchen including silverware, flatware, appliances, etc. have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest.

LINENS: Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products.
Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest.
Use the supplied makeup wipes in each bathroom please and not the towels.

MOVING FURNITURE: Furniture is not to be re-arranged. Dragging chairs/tables on floors will leave scratches. This has to be approved in writing by the host.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES: At sole discretion of host, an additional cleaning fee of $150+ can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
If your dog destroys anything you will be liable.

Overall the stay was wonderful. The deck was my favorite location. HOWEVER, it was infested with spiders. They covered everything from floor to ceiling. I didnt notice them inside the rental.

The lake house
This was an amazing property, I really enjoyed the view of the lake and the peace and quiet. The host was very accommodating and helpful. I would love to revisit sometime.

Perfect Getaway
My children and I were in the area for a basketball tournament but wanted to enjoy our time out of the gym as well and that is exactly what this property provided. The only reason I gave cleanliness 4 stars was because it was a bit dusty when we arrived but I was able to wipe up rather quickly. We had trouble with the internet for streaming in the evenings but my hotspot worked perfectly (teenager needed their Netflix lol) My kids and I loved this place so much. It truly was a home away from home. We enjoyed fishing on the river, playing board games together and just enjoyed some much needed R&R. Communication with the owner was great. I didn’t want to bother him with the internet because to me it wasnt a big deal. This house was better than expected and we do plan to return in the future. Thank you Micah for allowing my family to enjoy your piece of paradise!

Beautiful spot, deep water dock
My father and I stayed for a 3 night fishing trip. The house is beautiful and comfortable. We tend to spend a lot of time on the dock fishing when not out on the lake. The dock is big, covered, deep water, easy to get on to with a couple short sets of stairs. A powered lift was available and the dock did not have an owners boat in it. Lights and power to charge your batteries on the dock. Canoe Creek ramp is close, free, and a nice ramp. Three things that you need to know about this property. #1. Be aware pulling your truck and boat trailer down into this property. It’s challenging to get turned around. #2. We grill almost every dinner when on a lake trip. There is only a charcoal grill on the property with a small bag of charcoal provided. The charcoal grill is a nice Webber and is located on the covered back deck overlooking the lake. Just bring some charcoal if planning on cooking more than one meal on it. #3. Sleeping arrangements. There is only one private bedroom for adults. Two couples or multiple adults need to know this. In addition to the one private room there are two lofts that open to the kitchen. The lofts are only accessible by one ladder that you take off of the wall and lean up to it. You can not stand up once in the loft area. If you have a couple of kids under 5ft, no problem, put them in the two bed bunk room. After that there is the couch. Cameras are on the outside of the house looking at the dock, driveway, front door. We enjoyed our stay!
