Lovely apartment, beautifully decorated,very clean. Super location near stores and restaurants and beautiful lake view from the patio. There is even a heater on the patio if needed.

The perfect location for a long weekend in WNY. We drove up from SC and immediately felt at home in the well cared for suite. It had everything we needed including the fabulous porch and great parking. We were able to walk to restaurants and the small grocery store next door. The water filter on the sink was also a plus. The space was comfy and cozy for my spouse and me.

We had an amazing stay at Splash, the unit was fresh and very clean with updated fixtures which was a nice addition. The bed was extremely comfortable, so comfortable that I’m planning to purchase the same mattress for my own home. The shower was nice and large with excellent water pressure. We especially enjoyed the balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the main intersection of Bemus Point; we made frequent use of that area playing various card games and enjoying morning coffee there during the stay. I have stayed a various rentals on Bemus Point and this is by far one of my favorites. In fact, our group is looking forward to staying there again next summer.

3 days of fun, shopping, good restaurants and a great jazz band at The Splash Restaurant. Beautiful views of Chautauqua Lake and walking in nearby Long Point State Park.

Beautiful balcony suite overlooks Chautauqua Lake. Walking distance to lake, restaurants,shops. Splash Tapas/Cocktail bar is a must do! The hosts Susan,Shawn and son are great! Highly recommend!

Very Nice new place in a great location

We enjoyed the view off the balcony and great location. Shops and restaurants all walking distance. Nice new condo, great TV and channels, full kitchen, easy parking. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect updated stay in the ❤️ of Bemus!

We had a wonderful stay and Susan and Shawn were great hosts. The units were practically brand new and spotless…there was a good distribution of space and every appliance and kitchen tool you might need. Even though we didn’cook , it was all therw if you needed and you could walk to everything. Thank you!

Hi There! Our names are Shawn & Susan, and our family has lived in Bemus Point, NY, full-time for the last 6 years. Before that, we lived in Tampa, FL, and just summered here for 15 years. Bemus is to us as it is for many: Tradition and great memories.

We have always loved to vacation and can appreciate nice accommodations, excellent service, good food, and unique places, so we are now sharing our best experiences with you.

Bemus Point is located in Chautauqua County, and this area has many things to do, whatever season you choose to visit. When you do, we look forward to meeting you! Bemus Point is a beautiful village on the shore of Lake Chautauqua, across the lake from the world-famous Chautauqua Institution. This wonderful walkable village has many things to do. Sit by the lakefront in public spaces throughout the village, enjoy the warm summer breezes, and ride the Bemus Point-Stow Ferry, a century-old conveyance. Shop at one or all of our unique stores. Play a round of golf. Have a drink outside the historic Hotel Lenhart or by the lake, where you can drink and dine at any number of restaurants, including the newest addition, "Splash," a wine, cocktail, and small plate experience.
