Welcome to the brand new, absolutely stunning, Villa Lake House, Located on the large Honeymoon Lake! This 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation home is fully furnished & equipped. Stunning high ceilings, huge 72" fireplace, office, laundry room all Samsung stainless-steel appliances, & much more. In the huge screened-in pool area you'll find a private electric heated pool and spa, BBQ propane grill, several loungers, large table + chairs. The heated pool features two fountains and a shallow "beach area".

This home is absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet neighborhood and getaway for 2. On the last night, we did see a large cockroach greet us in the kitchen, but it was no big deal because the overall experience was fantastic.

Beautiful Home throughout. Pool and jacuzzi is the highlight. Spent lots of time there. Awesome views. Got to see two iguanas and a Raccoon and couple of bunnies. Lol. Would visit again. Nice and Quiet Neighborhood.

Beautiful home

We stayed at this beautiful home for a week. It’s in a quiet neighborhood where we got some much needed relaxation by the pool. Shopping and restaurants are between 15-30 minute drive depending on where you want to go. The home has everything you need as far as toiletries, towels, dishes, etc. Would definitely recommend this home if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation.

Great house, amazing location

The house was spacious and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet, which was exactly what we needed after our days at Disney. The lanai was large and allowed us to still remain outdoors despite some thunder storms that rolled in and we appreciated the grill there for use. and yes, there are alligators in that pond. It's proximately to shops, restaurants, beaches and entertainment were close, but no so close that you couldn't enjoy your privacy and relax. Just a short drive away.The house, property, pool, neighborhood were all great but there were a few slight negatives to the stay. First, the mattress in the master bedroom was one of the worst I've ever attempted to sleep on.. A complete marshmallow that offered no support at all. Second was/is the looming charges for the electricity usage. I've stayed in dozens of rental properties but this is the first that charged extra for usage.. I found myself chasing my children around worrying about lights being left on.. Just add it into the price of the daily rate.. It would make the stay more enjoyable. Lastly, the lights over the lanai are like the blazing sun when turned on at night. A dimmer on that switch would make being outdoors at night without having to wear sunglasses achievable (slightly exaggerating but they were still far too bright). Despite these, I would absolutely consider renting this property again.

Beautiful weather. The home was clean and ease of instructions on what to do etc. we went to a lot of restaurants and relaxed in the pool and spa.

About our stay

Everything was wonderful except that the hot tub didn't work. You couldn't have the jets and heat on at the same time. Was hoping they would send someone out to look at it but that didn't happen. Again, other than that everything was great.

Amazing Stay

This was our groups second time at this property. The privacy and views sunrise to sunset are wonderful. The house is spacious and well appointed. Pool and spa were clean and warm. One of best VRBO rentals.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great week to kick off the New Year! The pool and hot tub were great. The house was perfect for our needs. It is a very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We enjoyed walking our dogs around the neighborhood, spending time with our kids in the heated pool (once we figure out how to work it correctly - Kevin was a great help!), walking around shops, going to our local favorite restaurants, and going horseback riding at Tex Brothers Ranch (can't recommend this family and their farm enough!). We did need a few extra items for the kitchen, but I think it is well stocked for the normal needs. We were making brownies and meals due to the holidays.

Nice vacation

The house is very nice and modern, but does lack insulated walls as sound is amplified all over the house. During a rain storm the kitchen ceiling sprung a leak and maintenance had to come in.

Amazing property!!

The pictures on the site don’t do it justice. This property is amazing. My only regret was not renting it for a longer period of time. It had everything we needed. My one recommendation would be to get an electric can opener (or a new manual one). I look forward to staying here again.

Stunning Lake House

This house was beautiful and you felt that as soon as you walked in the door. Everything was clean and nicely decorated! We lived by the pool most of our stay. You could literally get to any shopping, food, etc within 10 minutes. We actually looked at homes on our visit as we will be moving in the next year or so and this house is definitely something we could see ourselves in!

Amazing house

House was clean and comfortable. We loved the pool and the lake view. The quiet neighborhood helped create and very relaxing stay. The umbrella, chairs, and cooler came in handy when we went to the beach. Properly manager was very prompt in responding to our question.
