Welcome to Grand Blanc Maison. With over 11,000 sq ft this Art Deco masterpiece offers many places to gather together or find a quiet corner to rest and relax. The home offers unique spaces including a resort-style pool and spa, outdoor bar and lounge areas, art gallery, movie theater, gym, multiple guest suites, and two kitchens. It is located close to world-class golf courses, tennis/pickleball courts, spa, and restaurants.

The space
Featured in dozens of publications including the Wall Street Journal, Robb Report, Yahóo, Fox 5 San Diego, SF Gate, Houston Chronicle, Safari Magazine (Japan), CB2, and more, this house was designed by an HGTV host. He wanted to create a unique space and spent over a year collecting artwork, sculptures, Art Deco style furnishings and decor to create a specific look and feel for this home.

Grand Blanc Maison offers 6 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating overnight stays up to 12 adults or families up to 18 (with additional fees). With two wings the house is ideal for large groups or corporate retreats.
