The property is only 5 minutes from the freeway in the heart of the Treasure Valley. What makes this mother-in-law suite special is that it is charming enough for a weekend getaway, and yet functional enough to stay for an entire month! The space is complete with a washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, two Fire-stick enabled TV's, and a very comfortable living room.... So make yourself at home!

Adorable Cottage

Loved this little cottage! Came to visit family for the weekend. Parking was a little difficult but definitely workable. Great place to retreat and recharge!

Quaint private cottage, which provided all the amenities during our stay and close to relatives in the area. 20 minutes from everything plus Starbucks five minutes away! Great day thank you for the accommodation.

Great adorable little cottage

Easy to work with hosts who live on property but never were in our business. Honestly, cuter than it looks in the pictures. Nice air set up and dining suggestions! Overall great stay.

This was a perfect little spot for a one night get-away for my hubby and I. We enjoyed having a little yard space, a BBQ, and streaming services with access provided. The host communication was top notch. We felt it was a little over-priced, as we have stayed at a couple other places in Nampa with more features and a lower price point. However, it was a great stay for the two of us for a night.

Very cute and comfortable! We loved the stove and it provided plenty of heat for the room. Nicely appointed kitchen. Very small but functional bathroom/shower. Overall, a great stay!

Good location

This was a convienent location for our needs. We had noticed a review that talked about how uncomfortable the couch is. We found this to be true.Also, just a heads up, the pictures don't show just how small the area for the toilet is, so if you're a bigger than average person in any way, this might be an issue for you.

Cute MIL Suite

My husband and I both loved our stay here. The space was nicely decorated, very comfortable, and our favorite, the AC worked great! We’re from Western Washington and don’t do heat well, especially at night when we’re trying to sleep. I would also mention that the house is close to lots of places to eat and entertainment. We would stay here again without complaint.

Great place/ busy street

I came to visit family in the area. I had previously lived in Boise/ Meridian for over 30 years. I can not believe how much it has grown and changed in the past 8 years that I have been away. I am not a fan of the traffic there now.now

Cute cottage

This was a super cute place all the amenities very comfortable. My only negative remark would be the road getting into it during the winter time is very muddy. Had a few neighbors parked in the alley so couldn’t get through a of couple times not that that’s the owners fault but definitely something to consider. In the winter time when it’s raining or snowing it can be very muddy. But would definitely recommend staying here!

More of a negative experience than a positive experience for my family and I (8.20-8.23). I do not recommend.

In our 5 years of hosting, Mike was easily the worst guest we've had. He showed up before check in time, tried to check in to the wrong listing, and called us at least a dozen times during his stay for basic instructions that were privided via the app. It was clear that this was his first time using a short term rental software. But instead of acknowledging this, he was just rude and demanding. Even when he locked himself out of the house and i had to come by at 10pm to unlock it for them, he was upset with me. They left a giant mess for our cleaners and put forth no effort to abide by any of our check out instructions. How disrespectful and rude he was about all this was the icing on the cake. I would never host him again.

Everything was pretty much as expected. Cute set up. There was everything in the house that I needed. The host was gracious enough to let me check in early.I do however wish that the parking area was lit. That was a tiny bit off putting at night. If there was one thing I’d change if anything, it’s the size of the shower. I’m extremely short. And the shower is VERY small. The showerhead literally did not come down enough to wash my hair. I was able to wash my hair in the sink so at the end of the day it was fine. Just a little unexpected. But seriously, the host was great the location was in a perfect proximity of where I needed to be. It was quiet and relaxing.

This location was exactly what we needed for a long weekend in town while visiting family. The cottage is small but functional. We had our toddler sleep on the futon with a provided foam topper. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, creamer and some miscellaneous items. We didn’t cook here but was nice to have the option. The cottage is behind another home and it blocked out any traffic sounds. The one thing to note is that space heaters are provided to heat the home. It was a little cold since we got in late, but was fine by the next morning. There is a full size washer/dryer. The only thing that felt tight was the shower. This wouldn’t prevent us from staying here again, though. The communication with Hayden was great and he even came to unlock the place quickly when we locked ourselves out. Would recommend and will stay again!
