Esta casa de Lake Tahoe ofrece hermosas vistas panorámicas del lago y las montañas. La casa ofrece un diseño abierto agradable para que realmente pueda extenderse en la casa con familiares o amigos. ¡Con una mesa de billar y una bañera de hidromasaje interior, tendrá todas las comodidades del hogar con algunas ventajas adicionales! Ubicado a solo minutos del remonte Stagecoach en Heavenly, ¿qué más se puede pedir en una casa de vacaciones en Lake Tahoe? En la sala de estar hay una mesa de billar con una vista increíble del lago y un sofá cama. BR1 principal, tiene una cama queen, TV y baño completo; BR2 tiene una reina, TV y un baño completo compartido; BR3 tiene una cama doble y una cama individual. La bañera de hidromasaje cubierta está en el pasillo junto con un baño completo y una sala de lavandería.
Tendrá acceso a la piscina comunitaria y al jacuzzi. Está a pocos pasos de la piscina. ~ WCPM no opera el área de la piscina o el jacuzzi. ~


Reglas de ocupación:
1) Según las reglas del condado: NO se permiten bodas de ningún tipo o tamaño, en la propiedad o en la casa. Se cerrará de inmediato y perderá el depósito de seguridad y estará sujeto a más multas.
2) Solo se permiten 10 personas en cualquier momento en la casa. Esto incluye cualquier cena o reunión que pueda tener. Solo hay capacidad para 9 en camas.
3) Estacionamiento: se permiten 2 autos en la casa en cualquier momento. No hay estacionamiento en la calle por condado y reglas de seguridad contra incendios. El incumplimiento dará como resultado la pérdida del depósito de seguridad.

Great for a family of 5 plus grandparents. Pool table was kind of dirty and most cues were missing their tips. No shower soap in bathrooms; would’ve been nice since we forgot ours. Decent amount of carpet stains throughout that could use some TLC. The parking garage is awesome, especially for snowy season. Location and view were awesome.

Comfort with a View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The wife & I have been visiting Tahoe once a year for her birthday or our anniversary for about 15 years now, & I would have to say, this property is one of the top rated in all our experiences. The place was very clean, from dishes to décor. The only real flaw was we found was a couple of window screens in bedroom 1 (Master) where 1 was not there, & 1 that was busted up making it difficult to utilize 2 of the 3 windows in that room. Other than that, the location is perfectly set away from the hustle & bustle of South lake, but close enough if you wish to indulge the wild side a bit. To help set the morning, a cup of coffee (or your favorite beverage) on the balcony provides some of the most spectacular views of the lake you could hope for. The only thing I would change, is that the check out policy grant the guests a noon check out time as not to rush the end of such a beautiful & relaxing stay. All & all, I will be looking to secure this property again next year.

Great place, Amazing views!

Communication with property management was good and clear with directions for check in and check out. Location waa great to be close enough drivevto south lake Tahoe amenities but far in the mountains near trails with beautiful views. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was incredibly peaceful and provided the perfect setting to relax and unwind. The home was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the indoor hot tub — a great way to relax after a long day. There were also fun amenities for the kids, and they had a blast the entire time. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a comfortable and quiet getaway!

Wonderful Stay With Friends

The property is exactly as illustrated in the pictures. Fabulous view of the mountains and Lake Tahoe from the large balcony. Super clean unit, well stocked kitchen, lots of towels and the beds/pillows are very comfortable. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

Heavenly Ski Trip

This rental was great for our group of 7 going to Heavenly to ski. The positives definitely outweighed the negatives, but there were a few negatives.Positives- Great location near Stagecoach Lodge. Not walkable, but a short walk to the main road would get you to a shuttle stop to go to any of the lodges if you didn’t want to drive to a lift/lodge. - Having our own hot tub was great. It being indoor was also great because it was very windy during our visit. The community hot tub was also nice and large.- Amazing view of Lake Tahoe.- Great response time for rental company anytime we did have an issue. They were very helpful- Rental was nice and a lot of fun to hang out in after a day of skiing.Negatives- The driveway is very steep. It snowed twice during our stay, not allowing us to get our 4x4 vehicles up it. Some of our guests fell more getting up and down the driveway due to snow/ice than we did skiing. If you have elderly guests joining you during the winter, I wouldn’t recommend this rental.- The heat wasn’t working well in the living room/kitchen area. We weren’t able to get the fireplace to start either. We reached out to the rental company about this and they were extremely helpful and responsive and were able to keep us comfortable during our stay.Overall, a great rental property if you are wanting to explore Lake Tahoe.

Great Condo for skiing Heavenly

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is as advertised. Loved the in condo hot tub even though we generally prefer outdoors, it was so convenient and clean. Liked that there was some decent kitchen things to use. All Clad stainless pans make it easier to cook for sure. Beds were comfortable and space was plentiful. My one request would be detailed instructions for the fireplace and the hot tub. It would be easy to make a reference sheet for the binder and helpful to know you aren't messing anything up!! Great stay would book again!

Great Views and close to Stagecoach Lift

Great views. It's a 10-minute walk to the shuttle to the ski lift. The steep walk back uphill at the end of the day was a bit much for us. Unfortunately, during our stay, the hot tub and washing machine were broken. We did receive compensation for this. The properly manager was easy to deal with. The pool table was fun. No batteries for remotes or fireplace. No complimentary shampoo/conditioner or bars of soap for the shower. Plenty of space. Nice kitchen.

Wonderful

Perfect location for skiers and non skiers. Did not expect a view of the lake from this location. Right next to stagecoach lift which was awesome.

Kitchen is well equiped with everything you need to prep things out. Furniture a bit dated, but still ok. A bit steep slope to get into the proerty garage specially under icy conditions. Shuttle stop about 300 yards away.

Perfect getaway for a big group

We stayed at the property for New Year's Eve, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views were as promised, the house was perfect for a big group. Proximity to Heavenly, grocery stores etc. was super helpful. We expected basic toiletries to be available at the property. That was the only thing that could be taken care of to enhance the overall experience.

The lake view was amazing, and the home was very clean upon our arrival. The property management company was very helpful and quick to respond to my messages – a huge plus for me. The only negative aspects were: * Pool table placement: The pool table was situated in a tight spot, making it difficult to play. * Noise from the unit above: We experienced noise from the unit above us, including sounds of people running around or walking heavily, especially during the night and early morning. This occurred primarily during the last two nights of our stay.While this noise originated from the unit above us, it's something to consider when staying at this property.

Great View

Very nice place with a great view. Conveniently located to Stagecoach ski lift. Great having 3 full baths with a larger group. For winter, note that the little hill up to the condo and garage is steep and doesn't get much sun to melt off any snow. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great views... you have several cameras in your face on the deck so felt a little intrusive. No umbrella or awning, so it was too hard to be outside unless it was early morning or as the sun was going down.The view out the master window was a cement stairway to the garage for anyone using it so we had to keep it mostly closed for privacy. Kitchen needed some TLC in cleaning. Caked on grease above the stove area with dust stuck to it and the back splash was splattered with food and grease. Cooking utensils had food on them as well. We live for BBQ'ing on our trips and we never ate other than coffee in the morning and my husband had his breakfast. The BBQ blocked the view from the kitchen table and the instructions say not to move anything so we stared at the bbq instead of the beautiful views. You can tell the place was a major hit when purchased and renovated in 2010 but over the years the lack of attention is clear. OLD and dirty everywhere. The toaster had grease marks on it and the windows had not been cleaned and you could see hand prints. Sorry for this review....We truly had a great time in tahoe itslef and met so many wonderful people!I just think you need to have better attention to your cleaning crew. Something are out for your control like the window in the master bedroom that I get for sure! I would recommend this property if the attention to cleaning was updated!

Nice but dated and needs some work

The house has a nice view of Lake Tahoe. It was nice and clean. My family and I enjoyed the pool table.. The inside of the house is dated and a little run down. The masterbath shower door was broke.. could use some maintenance..the grage key was not to be found.

Amazing place in South Lake Tahoe

We’re very impressed with everything they’ve offered in this place. The service meets our expectations. The view from here is the high light of this trip. I could enjoy a peaceful morning with looking at the gorgeous lake every morning.
