The Space:
COASTAL CHARM - Our professionally-designed interior & exterior is full of coastal and nautical themes that provide a relaxing ambiance and whisk you away to your imaginary seashore hideaway just a few steps from your back door.

PRIVATE OASIS - The entire place is all yours! The backyard, with the pergola (complete with fans and cafe lights), loungers, table swing, comfy furniture, and BBQ, is surrounded by a solid privacy fence and tropical vegetation. Mature Florida-style landscaping fills the garden along with gorgeous blooms and tropical fruit trees including avocado, papaya and mango trees. Help yourself to these delicious fruits! A charming screened-in seating area for two provides a cozy spot for morning coffee, as you plan your day ahead.

COMFY BEDS - You will never want to get out of bed once you experience our luxury Egyptian sheets and cooling memory foam mattresses! We also offer several types of pillows for even the most discriminating of sleepers.

TELEVISIONS, TELEVISIONS, TELEVISIONS - Just because you are visiting doesn't mean you have to give up your TV downtime! The living room has a 55" HD flatscreen, and each of the bedrooms have their own TV. Each TV is equipped with either a Firestick or Roku, which offer free television series and movies. Hulu, Netflix, YouTube TV and Amazon Prime can also be accessed by logging in to your own account.

FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN - Our nautical-designed kitchen is ready for all your cooking needs! The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator with a freezer, a stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a kettle, blender, electric mixer, toaster & Keurig. We provide pots, pans, cookware, silverware, glasses, cups, plates & bowls, dish towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap and paper towels. We go the extra mile by providing grab-n-go breakfast items like Poptarts, granola bars & instant oatmeal, tea, coffee k-cups, creamer, sugar and salt & pepper.

BEACHIN'? - We provide beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, sand toys, snorkels, masks & fins, a boogie board, and a beach cart to carry it all! We also have a convenient outdoor shower to rinse all that sand off after the beach.

WORKING WHILE PLAYING? - The dedicated work space is right off the living room area and is equipped with a desk and high speed wifi for your convenience.

TRAVELING WITH LITTLE ONES? - There is a pack-and-play travel crib as well as a booster seat, and coloring books and games for little ones (and older kiddos!) as well.

LAUNDRY - We offer a fully-equipped laundry room complete with a high-efficiently washer and dryer, laundry detergent, hangers, laundry basket, shelves and storage space, and an iron and ironing board.

Guest access:
You will have access to the entire 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home including the laundry room and spacious backyard & patio.
