When three businessmen travel hours to come into town, they expect to be able to check in at the appropriate time. When they arrived, they were informed that the house was not cleaned and will not be able to get in until 4:30. They were also informed to take their shoes upon entering the house when they did check in. Once they walked on the sticky floors, they immediately put their shoes back on. Really property manager or owner???? Will never book this again.

Thanks for you response. Sorry about the late check in. When you have guest checking out the same day as a new guest arriving it may delay cleaning a bit. Sorry 30 mins was too much for your liking. And also our floors are mopped every cleaning. Once again thanks.

The house is not terrible the cleaning is questionable. Inside of a closet on the floor with the master bedroom in the toy box there was a takeout container of chicken wings with mold all in the container... How did we find this out our kid pulled it out and was stepping on the box let's say uh well it was bath time after... DO NOT look under the bed in the master bedroom unless you want to find a old Vaseline bottle with lotion and a old toilet paper roll. I dropped my phone and decided well let me just see where it went to. When I got down and looked under the bed well thats what I found.... Also im pretty positive that a racoon or some big animal lives in the attic because at 1AM the other people staying with us heard a big animal crawling around and chewing on the joist.. i feel bad leaving this review but the cleaning needs to be improved.

Thanks for your review. Im sorry on the missed Vaseline bottle and lotion. It was overlooked from the stay the night before your stay. As far as the closet. It is the utility closet for staff, I’m pretty sure an old food container could have been misplaced when cleaning bedroom so we apologize. And lastly if you guys heard an animal I wish you would have reached out about this, so we could have called for services. Before we had a squirrel running around so it’s sounds like it may have returned. Thanks

A Great Weekend

It was my daughter's wedding weekend, and we needed a place to stay near the venue. The house was perfect, and the host was accommodating. Everything went great without any problems.

We were not given the check-in information until 15 minutes before check-in time. This made me nervous about the validity of the property. The VRBO information should state that so guest don't worry about it. The house was not clean - dirty floors and kitchen sink, as well as hairs & crumbs in one of the beds. The host did bring us brand new sheets for that bed & insisted that he personally cleaned the house. I would recommend a prefessional cleaner for continued rental of this property.

Thanks for your responds. Sorry you feel a way about not receiving check-in instructions so close to check in, but do you get hotel room keys before you check in the hotel? Also sorry you feel the house wasn’t clean enough to your standards, we spent many hours cleaning and some of your complaints were baffling because I knew I did it personally. Thanks for your input and we will continue to strive for greatness

Host texted 4 hours before we were going to be there. Said he was having water issues. That put us in a bind since we were 750 miles from home. You would think if he knew about problems with the property, it would have been reported and not on the VRBO website. This probery was confirmed the night prior, and the money was withdrawn from my account

Enjoyed a great stay at your property’

5 adults and 2 teens enjoyed a wonderful Father’s Day weekend at this property. So convenient to family, the mall, shopping and grocery stores, we all had ample room to spread out. TV sports watching for the men/ boys was a great plus! Questions answered very timely! Thank you!

Graduation weekend

Nice home and comfortable. Enough room for 8 people. Dining table has 6 chairs. Could use 2 or more chairs or bar stools. If you plan to cook, you will need pots and better pans. I’m glad I brought some after reading other reviews. I should have brought serving bowls too. There is a small charcoal grill outside.All in all, my family was comfortable and we had a really nice time. It felt like home away from home.

Great space

Loved the 4 levels! It helped give everyone space when it was needed. The house was clean and recently renovated. The beds were very comfortable. Location was good and close to everything. My only issue was lack of information about check in and leaving the home. There was no information about what needed to be done at checkout.maybe a list could be placed inside the home fo future guests. Other than that we were very pleased with the home. Thank you

Family reunion

Clean with a lot of new updates. Bathrooms/showers were spectacular - but no towels. Parking was very limited. No washer or dryer although listing said there was.
