The condo is equipped with Wood grain floors and ceramic tile throughout, no dirty carpet. New furniture and paint. New queen bed with pillow top mattress and brand new couch with a pull out queen bed.
A kitchenette featuring granite counter tops, a two burner cook top, full size microwave, full size fridge, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils, cookware and a blender for those nice tropical drinks.
Free high speed wi-fi and cable TV on our 55" LED Flat Screen. We have a small dining table so that you can enjoy meals inside.
All utensils, cookware ,dishes, and glassware is included
Bath Towels, hand Towels and wash cloths are included
We provide toilet tissue, hand soap, coffee pods, creamer
The Bathroom has a Tub/shower combo and a hair dryer
The beaches, pools, and restaurants are now open! This condo is professionally cleaned and we have contactless check-in!
Located in Sand Dunes Resort in the exclusive Dunes neighborhood. The condo is on the 2nd floor and has great views of the ocean and pool area from the balcony.
Enjoy the ocean view from your private balcony or relax in the beachfront pool! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the areas popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.
Abundant amenities await you at this beachfront resort. Features include both indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, spacious pool deck, and social areas. Indoor pool with hot tubs that have a great view of the ocean. Fitness room, lounge, Ice cream and Pizza restaurant. AND BEST OF ALL FREE WIFI!

Great waterfront amenities. Brand new space with a great view on the 2nd floor. No Carpet and steps away from the indoor pool and spa and 1 floor above the beautiful outdoor pool and lazy river. Just minutes to the beautiful wide sand beach. I have 2 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas for you to use at the beach.
