The condo is equipped with Wood grain floors and ceramic tile throughout, no dirty carpet. New furniture and paint. New queen bed with pillow top mattress and brand new couch with a pull out queen bed.

A kitchenette featuring granite counter tops, a two burner cook top, full size microwave, full size fridge, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils, cookware and a blender for those nice tropical drinks.

Free high speed wi-fi and cable TV on our 55" LED Flat Screen. We have a small dining table so that you can enjoy meals inside.

All utensils, cookware ,dishes, and glassware is included

The condo itself is great, everything you need, the resort needs updating, indoor pool area dirty and paint chipping off most walls, no pool towels for days, smelled terrible everywhere you went inside . The condo rental did not include any resort activities areas including water park, arcade and mini golf. The only pool available for us did have a tiny lazy river but there were only 12 tubes for several hundred guests so we were unable to use that feature, all pool chairs reserved early morning so no chance at getting to spend time poolside, we had to spend most of our time off property

Relaxing getaway!

Sand Dunes 2241 is a beautiful and cozy condo with a fabulous view of the ocean! Condo is very clean and well stocked with all the essentials you may need. We hope to come back in the fall!

The condo was prefect, well equipped with literally anything you could need from kitchen supplies to toiletries you might’ve overlooked when packing. All cleaning supplies were also provided. And something that wasn’t listed in the description, an added bonus, was 3 beach chairs and an umbrella. Our check in information listed beach towels which we didn’t need since we brought our own but we didn’t see them in the closet where they were supposed to be located. Brenda really thought of everything you could possibly need. We are a hot natured family and keep our home very cool so the air seemed to run a little warm for us though we are use to 65 degrees at home. But other than that, we were so happy we chose this condo. I will say the common areas of the resort and elevators were pretty dirty and smelly but this condo actually seemed out of place, like it belonged at a more luxury resort. The owner obviously can’t control it the cleanliness of the building outside the condo so I wouldn’t hold that against them or let it detour from considering this specific condo. I do wish that the lazy river in the water park would’ve been included in our booking but it could’ve also been an oversight on my part. Just know it will not be included in your booking. Overall, I was pleased with the condo and service provided but sad to say we wouldn’t return due to the condition of the resort and cleanliness of it.

I grew up in Myrtle Beach and this was a special visit for me and my daughter. It was my first time going back to visit in 18 years and my first time taking my daughter to the place I grew up! My how things have changed, but what hasn’t changed is the fact that Sand Dunes is still there and going strong with a great vibe and atmosphere to keep everyone happy and enjoying themselves! The condo itself was just darling! Perfect for the occasion and literally just the cutest and most welcoming place to stay. If I have any warnings or cautionary advice it would be to be mindful that the condo is very conveniently located directly outside of the elevator station for the second floor…in my opinion, this was a great convenience and it’s very close to the indoor pool/spa area, which I thought was really nice due to the fact that the indoor pool area had a nice large balcony area that lead outdoors allowing for that typical overwhelming indoor pool chlorine smell to escape and fresh ocean air to fill the space, so great design on that!!! But back to my point, the location of the condo lends itself to the potential of being a plus and a minus because of the noise you can hear at night as people are getting on and off the elevator and you’re trying to get to sleep, but we just turned on some sleep sounds and it was fine for us! Otherwise, it’s like a little tiny home in the sky facing the ocean! What’s not to love about that! The balcony area was a great place to sit and people watch

Great waterfront amenities. Brand new space with a great view on the 2nd floor. No Carpet and steps away from the indoor pool and spa and 1 floor above the beautiful outdoor pool and lazy river. Just minutes to the beautiful wide sand beach. I have 2 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas for you to use at the beach.
