This home was strictly a family vacation home. It was seldom used. However after retirement we loved all the beauty of the St. George area and decided to build our own permanent home here. As one of the rental owners, I do all the cleaning, and pride myself on being a germaphobe and neat freak. The house is immaculate with beautiful decorations and furnishings. It has every possible amenity anyone would need. Plus, it sits above a huge ravine, with beautiful views of the Red Hills, and Pine Mountain. it's in a very quiet neighborhood, and yet convenient to all the shopping, and recreational venue's a bigger city has to offer. Tuacahn Ampitheater is 20 min away.

Beautiful scenery just in the back yard, plus located near everything you might need Great Parks, walking paths, grocery and hardware stores (Costco and Home depot)
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
location, location, location. It is a home with two distinct living area's (one on the main level, and the other a walk out basement) It was shared by my sister and I with plans to eventually retire and spend more winter days here than in Northern Utah. Each home is unique, and shows our different personalities with decorating and furnishings. We were both germaphobe's and neat freaks, so the home has remained in tip-top shape. Unfortunately my sister passed away before we could fully spend the winter days here. So now there are the two unique homes, that exist in a single family home, in a great neighborhood. The top floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the bottom level 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The view from both homes is spectacular with large windows looking out over the bluff of the red hills and pine mountain. We chose this place to build as an outstanding location. Not only for the views, but the convenience to everything in Saint George
