Cute apartment for two, renovated in 2018. in a renovated Istrian stone villa, surrounded by greenery, a park and a swimming pool that measures 10x5 meters and is shared with other guests on the property.
The apartment has a kitchen, living/dining space, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a bedroom with access to a private covered terrace.
Within a radius of two hundred meters there is a restaurant that offers several types of cuisine, from autochthonous Istrian dishes, fish specialties to pizza and barbecue.
There is also a super market and a pharmacy in the immediate vicinity.
The city of Rovinj, the pearl of Istria, and the nearest beaches are 6 km away.
