Welcome to our modern and fully luxury remodeled designer cabin in the Pines! This top of the line retreat boast high vaulted ceilings in the living area, lots of light and views through the brand new enlarged windows and glass doors, 2 corner sliding glass patio doors that open the whole back corner of cabin up to the large wrap around deck, 2 gas firepit areas, BBQ, 2 zip lines for kiddos to enjoy, as well as yard games (darts, ring toss, etc.). The cabin is surrounded by beautiful pine trees and offers the perfect balance of high end comfort and outdoor mountain town vibes.

Propane gas tanks for firepits and bbq are regularly refilled but are not guaranteed. Tanks can be refilled at gas station if any happen to run out :)

BEDROOMS: Designed with high end couples retreats and small family escapes in mind, this cabin offers 2 bedrooms with queen beds and fine bedding/mattresses.
OUTSIDE: Wraparound back deck w/ outdoor dining table, gas grill and area, gas fire pit with sun chairs, views amongst the pine trees!
INTERIOR LIVING: Modern interior, picture windows on all sides, dining table, ceiling fan, sectional seating, Smart TV
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, cooking basics, spices, coffee maker
GENERAL: Central A/C and Heat, linens & towels, Fast WiFi, complimentary toiletries
PARKING: Driveway (2 vehicles)

We love our furry and nonfurry friends and remind guests that pets are an additional charge of $60 per pet per stay and must be disclosed before check-in :)

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin in Pine, AZ and would absolutely stay here again. The kitchen was a standout - very clean, and stocked with all the cooking tools you could need. The fridge was spotless, which we really appreciated.The living room and couch seating were comfortable and made it easy to relax together. The heat and space heaters worked great and kept the cabin cozy, even during colder moments. The bedrooms are on the smaller side, but we had no complaints—they were comfortable and worked well for our stay.The deck space was fantastic and a highlight of the property. There were a few holes we noticed and covered during our stay, but overall it was a great area to enjoy the outdoors. There are no closets and no dish towels provided, which are small things to be aware of when packing.The yard is not fenced, so dogs do need to be taken out on leash, which wasn’t an issue for us at all.Overall, this is a lovely cabin in a great location, well-equipped, comfortable, and clean. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily return.

Disappointing and Not as Advertised.We stayed at this VRBO, expecting what was described in the listing as a "LUX MOD CABIN," but unfortunately the home was very bare-bones and did not meet that description. Upon arrival, we found there was no dish soap and minimal hand soap, and no silverware provided. The living room couch frame was broken; when you sit down, the entire couch caved to the floor, making it unstable. I took photos and emailed Daniel asking if he was aware that his couch was broken. He was quick to respond, but needless to say, the couch was broken during our stay. There was also no extra bedding available for someone to sleep on the couch, even if the couch had been functional.The bathroom had multiple maintenance issues. The floor tiles are separating, the sink faucet is detached, and towel hooks appear to have been pulled off the wall and never replaced. Additionally, the outdoor deck has multiple holes in the floor deck boards, and our dog's foot fell through one of the holes, which was concerning from a safety standpoint. In the kitchen, several spice bottles in the spice rack were empty (and no silverware).Overall, there was nothing "luxury" about this stay. The expense was definitely not worth the experience. If you're considering staying here, I strongly recommend confirming that the couch has been replaced and that basic supplies and maintenance issues have been addressed.

This property is a work in progress and as such should never be rented out to the general public until it is finished and safe. Inside the cabin was updated and clean. Takeaways were that the fireplace had no firescreen of any kind or fireplace tools to use which for me made it unusable. Fire extinguisher was on top of a tall cabinet near the fireplace and unreachable if you needed it. Dining room chairs had low cushion when sat in and you can definitely feel the pointy ends of the screws that hold the frame on. Front deck is nicely made with Tex Deck or something similar. The problem was that the deck chairs were quite wobbly and unstable. I didn't trust them so didn't even bother to use the fire pit. Rear deck is completely unsafe and should be torn down from the bottom up in my opinion. The railings and decking are very rotted and split with numerous gouges and holes. Some repairs have,been attempted but absolutely not safe anymore without even being able to see the support structure. Stepdown from the sliding door to the deck to be able to use it is a good eight inches,same with going back in the cabin. Didn't even try to use the BBQ as we kept off the deck from then on except to take pictures of it. It''s a use at your own peril type of deck and In my opinion not worth the trouble. So we could not use the major amenities and this will have to be a renter beware type of warning. Host should not rent this work in progress property until everything is fixed.

Relaxing in Pine

Newer remodeled open-space cabin with all the conveniences of home, nestled in pine, juniper and oak trees offering both privacy and shade.We stayed 24 nights to just relax and enjoy “Rim Country.”The area is also surrounded with elk and their calves!A nice relaxing stay!

Stayed here with my mom for a respite from the summer heat in the valley. We had a truly lovely time. The cabin was very clean and the owner was communicative. The space was just right and we enjoyed sitting outside and soaking up the cooler air. Within five minutes we could drive to lots of yummy restaurants and cute retail shops. Great trip and we'll definitely be back! (The decking is in need of some repair but we didn't find that it impacted our stay negatively and were just happy to have a place to sit outside)

No way again

Floor dirty, kit sink dirty, stove top not clean.holes on patio deck and rotten boards, spider webs and leaves everywhere.laundry left in dryer. Rain gutters full of debris.Screen door on one of the patio doors bad. Inside floors in some places spongy. Stuff left from prior renters under kitchen cabinets

Getaway

The cabin is a bit small, but very nice. We enjoyed our two nights and liked the location. Fun to watch all the Elk throughout the neighborhoods.

Great Mountain Town

Pine is really cool, the pizza place, the brewery, the tavern are all great options to eat, and for a small town a very nice grocery store. All of the hiking and forest exploring was what we came for. The cabin was awesome, very cute, amazing views, and and a good variety of cooking supplies for a few nights in. Need to have a binder with any simple instructions like most high end rentals (fireplace, grill, fire pits.) The cabin could really use some cleaning and a couple repairs.

Beautiful mountain retreat

From the moment we arrived until we locked the doors and said goodbye, this beautiful lux cabin in the woods was more than we expected. The accommodations and cleanliness is what you would expect from a five star rating. Highly recommend recommended.

Perfect for a quick weekend getaway

My husband, small chihuahua, and I stayed here for a relaxing weekend.Check in / out was easy. The host communicated the whole trip. The cabin is in a nice & quiet neighborhood. The back deck does face neighbors but we did not see or hear anyone the entire trip. The cabin is smaller than the pictures make it seem to be, BUT it is very cozy & was perfect for just me & my husband. Our favorite was the large windows with a beautiful view & the outdoor fire pit. Overall we had an amazing relaxing weekend! Here is why we didn’t give a 10 rating:There is no instructions book/ guide like most places have. The place needs some upgrades & a deep clean. The back deck has a lot of wear & tear & there’s small holes in some places. The back screen door was completely off and just leaning against the wall. The bathroom could use a fresh coat of paint, but not a big deal. The kitchen comes with almost everything you need, but not silverware.. thankfully there was plastic silverware in a box but it was almost empty.We wanted to use the outdoor grille, but it was dirty and we could not find a scraper or other utensils. Lastly, one of the main reasons we booked this cabin was for the fireplace. I asked the host about more wood & he said we have to buy it if we ran out… it was too much of a hassle to get it going, such as having to use a hair dryer to heat up the chimney… So we decided not to use it which was disappointing.

Great Stay

The cabin itself is great and in a great location. Made for a cozy stay. A high recommendation for Daniel, the property manager. There was a scheduling error and he was quick to respond and offer a great solution. Made it a smooth and pleasant stay.

Overall a decent stay

All in all I’d say this was an okay stay. The property manger was responsive and the space was very useable. There are a few notable things though. -The couch was broken.-We booked for the fireplace and couldn’t use it. There were no instructions for fireplace so we had to reach out the property manager and by time they responded we had left the store. There were very specific things like starting with newspaper yet none was left out. Unfortunately there was no firewood but thankfully we bought some while we were waiting on their response. They required a specific starter but that also wasn’t present or noted anywhere. Would be nice if this info was provided ahead of time or left out in a booklet when you arrive. -We understood that they allowed dogs but there was dog hair in the bed. We have a dog so we could understand that but it made sleeping in the room hard because our allergies kicked up meaning there must’ve been many allergens in the room as we were mostly fine in the common space. That’s where we slept most nights and how we discovered the couch was broken. -Back light was out so we didn’t feel comfortable spending time on the deck at night. -Patio Screen door off meaning on the floor when we arrived. - Noticed cobwebs by back door.-Lastly, there was a space (loft like) with a bed that was above the stove seemingly only accessible by ladder but wasn’t listed on the site so we had to stand on a chair to check that someone wasn’t up there.

The house was perfect for a couples get away. Porch is a great place to hangout and enjoy the fire pit and BBQ. I will stay here again for sure

Luxe Mod Cabin

The cabin was cute and as shown. It was clean and tidy. The bed and mattress were very comfortable, so got some great rest. I would absolutely recommend this for a getaway!

Known as the "cool pines" neighborhood in Pine, Arizona. Centrally located within a couple minute drive to the center of town, yet far enough to have complete peace and quiet and not even notice you are close. We have protected national forest and hiking trails a couple small neighborhood streets from our cabin :)
