A-Frame Cabin, Lake Access with Game Room

Summary:
Newly remodeled A-frame cabin located directly across from the Big Star Lake public boat launch. We're a short walk to a small public beach area, located at the boat launch. Plenty of room at the cabin to park your boat trailer, ATVs or snowmobiles. There are snowmobile and ATV trails accessible from the property, just down the street. The cabin has a deck and patio area out front with a firepit. The garage space has a game room with something for everyone. (garage is not heated in the winter)

The Space:
Welcome to our cozy and recently remodeled cabin! Nestled in a serene location, our cabin offers a comfortable and relaxing retreat for your vacation.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a modern and inviting space. The main floor features a beautifully furnished living area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV, or connect to our free Wi-Fi and stay connected throughout your stay.

The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, providing a restful night's sleep. With ample closet space, you can easily stow away your belongings and feel right at home. Upstairs, the open-style loft serves as an additional sleeping area, with a queen bed, full bed, and two twin beds. The cabin can comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find everything you need to whip up delicious meals. Whether you're planning a hearty breakfast or a gourmet dinner, our kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, a crockpot, blender, and more. Complimentary coffee and tea are also provided, so you can start your mornings off right. The Kitchen table has seating for 6.

The bathroom has recently been updated and features a new tub/shower. We've installed a tankless water heater, ensuring you never run out of hot water during your stay.

The garage space has been turned into a game room. We have a card table and board games for all ages, Darts, Ping Pong Table, Two person basketball game, Foosball table, Large wall mounted connect four game, a Retro Arcade Gaming Table with 60 old school arcades games, Horse Shoes, Corn Hole and many other yard games. There is plenty of seating inside the garage to relax and laugh with your friends and family!

Enjoy our new 6 person barrel sauna on our back patio! Or relax in our Adirondack chairs on our front patio where we have a built in fire pit, great for roasting s’mores!

Our cabin offers a tranquil setting, perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with nature. Explore the nearby hiking trails, Exploring the ATV or snowmobile trails, fishing and boating on Big Star Lake or simply sit back and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire cabin, besides the cleaner's closet located in the living room.

The Neighborhood:
Roads are ATV friendly 25 MPH. The cabin is walking distance to a small beach area and boat launch across the street.

There is an ice cream shop /general store Mr. Bibs about a 5 minute drive from the cabin

Getting Around:
There is plenty of parking on site for vehicles and trailers.

Other Things to Note:
**Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
You will be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. This is a $35 cost.

The cabin is not on the lake and does not have a lake view. The lake is across the street and can’t be seen from the property because of trees. We do have public beach access at the boat launch across the street.

Please note, the garage/game room in Not heated.

Guests will have walk up steps in order to access the cabin. The second bedroom is also upstairs and is an open loft style bedroom.

Winter season: We have a snowplowing service if it's snowing during your stay a snowplow truck may need to plow the driveway. This usually takes less than 10 minutes and there is No need to move your vehicles or trailers.

Guest have access to use our snowshoes during the winter season. We have multiple pairs available and are a short drive from the North Country Hiking Trail.
