We Loved it , didn’t spend a lot of time there . was enjoying the island And visiting families. Had everything you need felt like being at home . Didn’t have time to enjoy the pool and beach. next time I will recommend

We Loved Our Stay - Nice and Quiet - Felt Like Home - Access to Netflix and You Tube and a Plus to have the Washer and Dryer to wash all our Clothes before returning home - My grandkids loved the Pool and the Beach is Beautiful- Would Stay here again !!

The gated community itself was safe and clean, the apartment was in less than acceptable conditions. It needs major renovation such as working ventilation in both bathrooms and a deep cleaning. The walls and floors had visible dirt and mildew buildup, and the bedsheets were not clean. While the in-unit washer and dryer allowed us to wash them ourselves, this should not have been necessary.The apartment was also missing basic essentials such as dish soap and any cleaning products and paper towels. Another concern was at the pool, where other guests were openly smoking marijuana while we were there with our young children, which was very disappointing.The host was attentive, responsive, and apologetic about these issues, but overall the apartment fell short of our expectations. With proper updates, and thorough cleaning this could be a great rental. I would return only if these changes are made.

Unfortunately one of the rooms the AC unit wasn't working 2 nights of hot air not good and on our last night we couldn't even turn on the TV to watch movies. I've stayed previously on this property and never experienced these issues.

Everything ok for price was not notified beach access is closed from September storms . But besides next to a property waste machine thats never goes off and next doors dog that likes to bark everything was ok

Property is in gated community. It takes sometime long time to get in. Apartment needs some serious cleaning and fixing. Beds are very comfortable and bedrooms have air conditioning.

The condo was as advertised. Situated in a gated community with access to the beach. This condo was a lovely place to settle ourselves down while our family explored the beauty of Puerto Rico. The host was very responsive and helpful. Mario was quick to respond & answer all our questions. He provided us with a link to tours and fun things to do in the area. In our rental car, we visited San Juan and the rain forest, and other beaches in the area. We loved Loquillo beach, especially the food court. We picked-up some groceries at the Walmart which was about a 15-20 min drive away from the condo. We enjoyed relaxing in the hammock, pools and hot tub. We had a great time.

Do not stay here. Very loud and noisy. Very hot in common areas. Lots of stair cases especially with bags. I stayed with my wife and young daughter, music was playing until 3am in the morning. Host ignore every text message. Due to host unresponsiveness I checked out and stayed somewhere esle. After our stay I tried to get reimburse but expedia and vrbo told me its up to the host. How is it up to the host when loud music is interrupting my stay. Host decided to refund for one night out of four nights. And I had to pay to stay somewhere else. DO NOT STAY HERE. Save yourself some headache!!!

Too much time waiting in the gate to open. Sometimes the guard no was there and we have to wait to get in. One of the guard open hes cabin and doesn't put something to hold the door and the wind come and hit the car scratches the front of my car (not a big scratches) No soap, no shampoo, no conditioner and no sufficient towels in the bathroom. The drawers in one of the room was broken. The glass door handle was broken too. The stove was dirty too. Is sad because the place is pretty but the need attention and take care of the property.

Hi! I wanted to share our experience with you since we checked in. We loved the location, the beach, and the large pool, popcorn and coffee made it feel like home. But when picking this rental I made a mistake and didn’t realize the apt was in a 3rd floor with no elevators and had to carry my wife with a bad knee up the stairs every time we went out. Last night, when we got to the apt after dinner, my wife noticed some things about your apt that could use some attention to detail. We were pretty disappointed with the over all cleanliness of the apt, specially the bathrooms, bedrooms and living area😕 The ceiling fans and floors were very dusty, so much, that one of my grandkids was playing and hid under the bunk bed and came out with his hair and clothes covered in dust, ac units were clumped with dust and my grandkids sneezed all night long with allergies. The shower curtains in the bathrooms were moldy and the extractor is filthy😔 We tried to open the sofa bed but it’s not working properly and there was all sorts of debris like trash and hair and baby’s clothing. The curtains in the living room are soiled and very dirty. The apt was a 10 min walk to the beach and had no parking available there, so hauling all the beach gear and kids was challenging. Overall, we had a great time but our expectations of our beachfront retreat were not met.The overall property needed heavy maintanence and the beach was totally eroding the shore with limited broken acces.
