The Pad! A Perfect Home For Anyone on the Go.

Welcoming all travelers, from working professionals, to nurses, to your common traveler. Enjoy a safe, cleanly stay here in West Fargo, ND. We are minutes from every store North Dakota has to offer. (i.e. Costco, Target, Walmart, Many Grocery Stores, West Acres Mall, and much more within 5 minutes!)
The space
We hope that you’ll treat our home as if it is your second home! You’ll always be welcomed back, thank you! Enjoy our spacious two-level townhome that has just about everything you need (minus a pool and hot tub lol).
Upstairs you’ll find the kitchen, main living room, patio, and the master bed and bath. Feel free to step out on the deck and fire up the gas grill for some fresh air! The backyard is fully fenced in which makes it perfect for any kids or pets to play. In the Kitchen you will find many appliances including fridge, dish washer, oven, air frier, coffee pot, etc. Everything in the kitchen is labeled to make it easier to find things!
Downstairs you’ll find another spacious living room, guest room, office, laundry room, full bathroom, and the utilities closet.
Guest access
There is parking in the driveway only. No street parking out front (there is around the corner).
Other things to note
The front door is Keyless entry, so we will provide a code upon arrival.

Quiet stay for large family

There aren't many places for a large family to stay and this worked quite well! Had all the essentials, easy to find, and easy to work with host. The kids asked if we could stay there again sometime.

NIce modern property

The house was clean and modern with easy access to multiple restaurants. We only stayed a sinngle night as we were passing through but will be looking to stay here next time we are in town

Great place to stay!

Easy check in. Easy to find and in a great location. Price was exceptional compared to other properties and hotels! Never could get any of the TV’s to work, but we actually were not around much so no big deal.

Stay for swim meet

The property location was perfect for the swim meet this past week. My husband and son had everything they needed for a nice stay at this property. Xavier was fantastic with prompt communication which we really appreciated! It could use a little better cleaning, but overall, it was a great place to stay.

Comfortable stay

Nice home, accurate pics and amenities. Could use a good deep cleaning (carpet/garage smell/outdoor maintenance), and regular garbage pickup, however, very livable and nice place! Thank you!

Fargo stay

Place was filthy dirty, carpet was disgusting. Smelled of cigarette smoke and weed. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Left my luggage in the car so it wouldn’t absorb the smell of the house.

Could use a good cleaning

Unit needs to be cleaned up inside and out. Unit smelled like marijuana Carpets have stains, upstairs bathroom sink doesn’t drain & food was left in the refrigerator. Check in and out was very smooth.

Available or not? Shouldn’t be that hard

The owner canceled the booking the day before and we found out while in transit. They said it was already booked which makes no sense unless using another service. Found a hotel room thank goodness but not happy with this experience.

Not what I expected

This home was not well cleaned at all, despite the cleaners having “just been there” before we arrived. There was an unpleasant and musty odor throughout. Though pleasant, the owner was not very timely in response to questions. We did not have any check in information until hours before. It was a disappointing experience all the way around.

Would not stay again.

There were no kitchen towels or rags in the kitchen. The master bedroom only had a full size bed not a queen size as stated in the listing. There was a lot of kitchen utensils but no ice cream scoop. I almost fell trying to get up the stairs to the house. The 2nd step is much higher than a normal step and there was no hand rail.

Fargo home

The location was great for our needs and the property was spacious for our needsand it was well stocked. That being said, the carpet was filthy and stained; the floors were dirty; the toilet seats were broken; the bathroom sinks didn't drain; the beds in 2 of the bedrooms had no pillows and only partial sheets; there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and food left in the fridge; the grill outside was filthy; there were maggot eggs in the trash can in the garage and it stunk terribly and there were bugs everywhere and spiders in the basement. The owner did compensate us for a bit but we still had to stay there for 5 days while we had doctor appts and a sugery for my 2 year old grandson. It could he a very nice place with a MAJOR cleaning and some updates.

LISTING ALL WRONG.

Listing is ALL WRONG, IT DOES SMELL BAD LIKE OTHER PEOPLE HAVE POSTED. There is only 1 queen bed & the mattress is bad you can't sleep. The other bed is just a full size dirty mattress. The 1 other bedroom has a mattress but it's on the floor. The carpet is gross and smells bad too. And then there was the kitchen, the inside of the oven was so dirty from old food to burnt stuff. Coffee maker was filthy, The tv remotes DON'T WORK AT ALL. There's batteries in them but they wont work so if you have the roku remote on your phone your screwed. The outside deck had dog crap on it. There was a kitchen washcloth in the drawer but that was also dirty. Oh then the fridge. Opened it to put our food and drinks in it and about puked as someone had meat in the drawers and it had leaked and since they had the fridge set to high the blood spills that were in there had rotted and it smell so bad. I messaged the owner with NO ANSWER BACK. Don't get me started on vrbo either cause they didn't help. Also the wiring for the garbage disposal runs right on top of the plumbing for the sink. Electricity and water together. The owner never called texed or came by or answered phone when being called. It has space just not clean. And i texted him personally and he said everything was clean that he had a cleaning service come in.
