Get away with your family and friends. Just a few feet from the beach, restaurants and more! The ultimate condo to relax and refocus from the noise of life. Newly renovated luxury condominium with 2 bedrooms (King, Queen, Twin), 2 full baths, bunk room (2 twins) and private balcony overlooking beautiful white sand beaches. On site is a heated indoor pool, spa, sauna, fitness gym, outdoor infinity pool, sun deck, putting green, conference room, security, and parking for 2 cars. The condo has a full washer and dryer, flat screen smart TVs, soaps, paper goods, trash bags and cleaning supplies provided. Condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Max occupancy 6, no exceptions due to city ordinance. All kitchen conveniences and basic condiments are available to include coffee supplies, cookware, dinnerware, and barware. Beach towels and accessories provided. Highchair and infant pack N play are provided. Condo does practice quiet hours from 10pm until 9am daily and parties and events are discouraged. The minimum age for primary renter is 25. Military members may have the minimum age waived. Unfortunately, no smoking or pets.
Gulfport is conveniently located 75 miles to New Orleans and only a few minutes to quaint areas like Bay St. Louis, Pass Christian and Ocean Springs. Nightlife, casinos, restaurants, and museums in Biloxi only a 5-minute drive. Restaurants, beaches, and fishing are within walking distance.
Make your memories right here! Crusin’ the Coast, Scrapin’ the Coast, Jeepin’ the Coast, Seafood Festival, Crawfish Festival, concerts, Seawolves Hockey, Fishing Rodeo, 4th of July Celebration, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Peter Anderson Festival, and more! Condo is located within 5 miles of the new Mississippi Aquarium and Jones Park (boat ferry to Ship Island and charter fishing). Navy, Air Force and National Guard military installations nearby.

We had an amazing stay! Ashley made our Christmas very memorable by supplying a Christmas tree and decor. Condo was beautiful and fully equipped with all of your needs. Unfortunately the indoor pool was not available but no worries. Beds are super comfy and plenty of pillows and fans available. 10 out of 10 for sure! Definitely would stay here again!!!

Winter month

Owners were very hospitable, responded to inquiries quickly. Had to give us a course on tv operation. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels etc. Wonderful condo with great views of the sunrise.. and beach. Felt very safe in this complex.

Wonderful location, lovely stay

We had a wonderful getaway to the Mermaids Retreat over NYE! It was a last minute trip with our family of four, including two children under 10. The condo was centrally located, so we were able to do lots of things (Lynn Meadows Discovery Center, MS Aquarium, Big Play Entertainment Center for mini-golf and the arcade, beach and indoor pool). We had a blast! The condo was clean. The security was courteous and attentive. The host was also very communicative. Would stay again!

Mermaid Property was delightful!

It was a lovely location and I would recommend for families like ours looking for a quiet retreat. The indoor pool was essential since the weather didn't cooperate for beach time. Beds were comfortable, and we easily went from air conditioning to the heater when the temperature dropped. Although we couldn't take advantage, the condo owners made a point to provide great beach-going essentials. My only suggestion/warning to those intent on hanging out on the beach is to wear shoes. We took a walk on our first day and dodged a number of broken glass pieces that likely washed up from the recent hurricanes. We instead spent our time in the outdoor and indoor pools which are very well maintained. The appliances and showers worked great and the location also worked well for us to hop over to the casinos in Biloxi or spend a day in the French Quarter in New Orleans. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Everything & more!

Every aspect of our stay at this gorgeous condo exceeded our expectations. Ashley has a comprehensive welcome guide that answered any question I may have had & her communication leading up to our trip was very helpful. Tony greeted us with a kind smile when we arrived & provided great info for the facility & area. The condo itself was impeccable & attention to detail superb. We felt right at home in this lovely, comfortable, secure space. The amenities provided made for much easier packing! No need to bring beach towels or any other basics! I would 100% stay here again & recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Amazing views and pristine property. This condo includes everything you need for beach stay including bag chairs and an umbrella. Owners also include extras to make your stay even better like coffee, cleaning supplies, games and books. Loved our time there.

Exquisite Experience

The condo was a perfect setup for our family of 5. The unit was fully stocked, beyond what is typical. The hosts have put a lot of thought and attention to details that will ensure a great stay. It is beautiful, in an awesome location with great amenities on site. We will definitely be back.

Southern Comfort

When I visit the gulf region I stay in various condominiums and homes in Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi but this experience was by far the best. The complex is quiet, there's security on the property, and the apartment was very comfortable, cozy, and the decor was perfect. This is the best of the best. Thanks for the southern hospitality and this memorable experience.

Labor Day Beach Trip

The check in process was simple. Security was good and easy. The location is perfect. Felix's and other restaurants are super convenient. The pool was nice and clean. The walks on the beach were super. Short trip to the'Children's Discovery Museum and Aquarium. Perfect Labor Day trip!

Great stay on the beach

Mermaid's Retreat was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, exactly as advertised. It was well equipped, including kitchen, bathroom, and beach/pool supplies. A great view of the beach from windows and balcony. The beach and pools were clean and not crowded. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure a good stay. Wouldn't hesitate to come again!

Amazing stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and Ashley was very accommodating to all of our family’s needs. My daughter especially loved the bean bag chair and the bunk bed room. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a stay in Gulfport.

The most beautiful place, exactly as pictured everyone was in awe of the the condo, very beautiful view of the beach, close to everything, had everything you could think of on hands. We live here and love it! We purchased this unit because we wanted to share our love of this secret spot with others. No Destin traffic. Great restaurants and nightlife. Small village atmosphere shopping and local street festivals, live music daily. Quick trip to Ocean Springs, Pass Christian or Bay St Louis for farmer's market and local delights. Charter prize fishing right outside the door. Historic sites. Grand casinos with headliner entertainment. This locale can be quiet, soaking up the sun and cool breezes or can offer excitement, you choose!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

After looking at 100 or more properties, we picked Sienna. It is quiet and luxurious. It's not too big to get lost or compete for parking and elevators but large enough to offer great amenities like security, indoor heated pool, outdoor sun decks and infinity pool, sauna, spa and fitness. With the beach a few feet away and amazing seafood within walking distance, Sienna was my favorite. I'm sure you'll fall in love too!
