A wood sauna beside the hot tub — not a cabinet in a bathroom, an actual sauna — plus a private pool, a media room set up for films and a game room next to it.



Five bedrooms over two floors with a large terrace off the upstairs bedroom. The kitchen is built for a group: a large dining table, a kitchen bar and a full run of pots, pans and serving ware, so sixteen people can cook and eat properly.



Nine miles to AT&T Stadium.

Gathering & Dining

The kitchen is loaded for a full house — pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, serving dishes and place settings — with a large dining table and a kitchen bar alongside it, so people can sit down to eat and others can perch while the cooking finishes.



The dining room, kitchen and living room read as one connected space, which is what makes a long dinner here work for a group of this size. The media room and game room are a few steps away for afterwards, and the wood sauna and hot tub are out back for the end of the night.

In this lovely neighborhood surrounded by many activities and everything just right around the corner. You’ll be conveniently located 20 miles from DFW Airport, 25 miles to downtown Dallas, and 10 miles from the AT&T Stadium.



In addition to the many amazing attractions offered in the nearby major cities, Grand Prairie has plenty to see and do itself. You’ll be close to nature with lots of parks and lakes nearby. Lynn Creek Park features boat ramps, picnic areas, beach areas, volleyball courts For some great family fun, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is located 9 miles away. Be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, 14 miles away in neighboring Grand Prairie. You can also pay a visit to the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both 10 miles away. There’s no shortage of fun activities to fill your days!

We are a cozy home in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood in the suburbs of Grand Prairie. Our home is close to many shopping centers and restaurants!! The best part about our location is that we live near the Grand Premium Outlets, just 6 miles away!!! The outlets have fabulous designer stores where you can find all of the brands that you love!! ! Irving mall is just 7 miles away!! And you will be able to do your grocery shopping at our local Target that's only 1.5 miles away or Walmart just 10 miles! Also you can find different banks just 3 miles away.

Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. - Pet fee $150 per pet per stay, before fees and taxes -

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $39/night fee will be applied.

HOT TUB -OUT OF SERVICE-

Please note that the hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.



As this is an outdoor hot tub, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the hot tub is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.



The hot tub technician accesses the area through the backyard gate.



The usage of the hot tub is under the renter's own risk and responsibility.

- Security cameras -



For safety purposes we have 2 cameras installed in the front door facing the front yard and In front of the garage facing the cars, this will be recording 24/7 for security purposes not inside the house to keep your privacy.



- Please note: Any violation of the house rules will cost the security deposit and it will be no refundable.



- This home has a garden area. You may see wildlife in the yard and the occasional outdoor insect making an indoor appearance. (IE: Spider, ladybug, ants or even a bee). None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them we work very hard to keep the house clean and we have monthly pest / bugs control.



- The garage is remodeled as a Media room!



- PARKING -

All cars must be parked in the property’s driveway (maximum 2 vehicles). Please make sure not to obstruct the pedestrian walkway. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
