Lovely Inglewood Spot

I was in town to see Kendrick and SZA and this was a great spot right by the venue (SoFi Stadium). It's got plenty of space for two people and really more if you wanted to. I would highly recommend for the price point.

This is a great little stay! I was there for work so the location was perfect for me. There are two other rentals on this property, so if you are looking for a private stay, this may not work for you

Demetrius I’m really glad you enjoyed your stay but I’m really disappointed that you broke my house rules not only that you smoked inside and on the premises but you decided to turn off your cigarette buds on my two wooden dressers! Honestly I don’t know anyone that would do something like that but unfortunately you damaged my two night stands! I know dressers are replaceable but this is really negligence on you or guest end! Plus I had a hard time to get the odor of the cigarettes and weed out of the room! I’m sorry I had to write this negative review but other host needs to be aware of possible incidents like this!

Great location

Loved the property. I got really lucky during the first couple of days of my stay as there was no one else there. Keep in mind there are three other rentals, it is private enough. This room is attached to the main house, to my surprise it was very spacious as I walked in. The location was great if you don’t want to be too far from the airport probably 15 minutes away. The host was very helpful when getting instructions to entering the property, which were easy to follow. .

Yeah so nothing as advertised and on top of that on the 2nd day there we learn we cant even park in front of the place and have to find nonexistent street parking, while the other guest just get the full 5 car driveway and also learned when we got there that we're staying with 4 other people in the house which was also stated nowhere on the website, owner also very rude, do not fall for this shady scam!

I chose this location to go to a concert at the sofi stadium. It was very close by and convenient. The property itself was safe and well kept. Me and my husband really enjoyed the fire pit also. Elizabeth was very nice and very easy to get a hold of anytime I had trouble with anything. I would stay here again or at any of her other properties. 👍

My stay was great, and Elizabeth was a great and welcoming host! It was the perfect little home for just myself, visiting California for the first time. The property itself sits with a couple other units on site, but each unit is private and separate from the others. To find my unit once on the property I couldn't seem to figure out from the VRBO directions but I messaged Elizabeth and she guided me thoroughly on the phone. She was very helpful and attentive to my needs, and even took care of a neighboring noise complaint promptly when asked. I was very pleased with my stay, and very appreciative of Elizabeth for making that happen! Cali, I will be back!

Looks as advertised.

Elizabeth was an efficient host. The pictures match what I saw in person. We were about a 30 minute walk to Sofi, so that was a plus. We throughly enjoyed our stay and no issues arise during our stay. Fairly easy check in and check out was breezed. I would recommend this place.

Peaceful and Responsive

Immaculate space. Clean and manager was extremely friendly and attentive and responsive to messages and calls. The parking could be difficult, but just something to be aware of, nothing to ding* the review for. Great place highly recommend.

My Most Comfortable Stay

I had a fantastic stay at this private room in Hawthorne! The bed was incredibly comfortable—one of the best I’ve ever slept in, ensuring I woke up refreshed every morning. The outdoor patio was a highlight of my stay, offering a serene and inviting space. I spent a delightful afternoon soaking up the SoCal sun and using the barbecue grill, which was perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Great Host and Lovely Place

This singular room was super spacious and cozy. It had everything from Air Conditioning to Netflix! It smelled very nice once I entered the room, and the bed was huge! Not only was the room great, Elizabeth the host is the best. She was super communicative and transparent. If there was any inconvenience, she would make sure to let me know right away. Elizabeth would also respond quickly and answered any question I had. Overall, I had a great experience living 4 days in this beautiful home! I would highly recommend living in any of Elizabeth’s propertys.

The perfect spot for my 4 day Concert and Football experience.

If you are looking for the perfect base. Especially to attend sports and entertainment event's near Inglewood. Also moments away from Beach Boys Monument and Space X. Then this is the perfect little hideaway to rest and refresh. Located in a charming neighbourhood in Hawthorne. If your lucky like I was perhaps a kindly gentleman will let you try one of his freshly picked Quavas.. It is ideal for one or two people. Exceptionally clean with an extremely comfortable bed and great little backyard for Bbq or just catching a few rays. The owner Elizabeth is very helpful and understanding of any problems you may encounter. She is never too busy to ensure your comfort. Hopefully if I ever decide to return it will be to this lovely little quiet and safe feeling spot.

Not Worth the Money

No cable.Had trouble connecting to wifi property manager was too busy to help.Had to use my personal Netfix account. Had a new lawn installed early morning right outside our door with no warning. Parking was a nightmare! Bath towels were damp and musty. The manager was full of excuses for everything.On my last day house keeping came saying we had checked out the day before so the manager accused us of a late checkout. So for these reasons No I do not recommend this.
