Please note that all guests must register with The Prospective Tenant Link and pay directly to the tenant screening platform. The registration fee is $100. It is important to note that the building registration process includes a background and credit check, as well as other important items (social security number must be provided). In case of having a criminal record, you will not be admitted.

We are here for you during your stay, and our level of interaction is up to you, we are only a phone call or message away.

Its convenient location on North Bay Village offers breathtaking waterfront views and easy access to everything, from airports to freeways, shopping, dining, beaches, and more.

You can always use transportation platforms, such as Uber and Lyft.

You will be provided with towels, shampoo, and soap (will only be provided for your arrival 2 toilet paper rolls, and small shampoo and soap).
We do not provide wash cloth.

The Resort also charges the security deposit in the amount of $250 (credit card only). This fee also has to be paid at the Front Desk during the check-in.
It’s very important to register ALL of the members who will be staying at our property. Please provide an ID picture the same day you book, as well as a picture of the guests that will be staying with you. Even if you have already verified your ID through Airbnb we will need a copy as well.

*If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests.*

• Please DO NOT smoke inside $300 fine.

• Try to avoid noise. Remember you are in a residential area.

• If you experience any inconvenience, please let us know as soon as possible.

• Check-In is at 4:00 PM – Check-Out is at 11:00 AM.
If you need to request a late check out please contact us 24 hours prior and if it’s possible we will arrange it : ) It has an additional cost of $50 up to 1:00 PM, which is the latest time for checkout.
*If we have guests arriving on the same day you are leaving, we can NOT accommodate a late checkout. There is a charge equivalent to one extra night if the check-out time is not met.*

• It is not allowed to send packages (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property’s address.

• We DO NOT PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS.

• Keep home items inside the house.

• Turn off AC when leaving the house.

• An extra cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left in really bad conditions.

Please kindly take care of the objects and equipment we provide for your use. In case of any damages you will be charged:

Bath towels: $15 each
Set of sheets/Duvets: $50 each
Bed Blankets: $60 each
Lost Key $100
Carpet Stains (spills): $50
Lost FOB/Access Cards: $100 (This is what the building charges us to replace them.)

Additional costs for items such as furniture, appliances, and kitchen items also might be applied.
