3-bedroom house with 2 full bathrooms including large master bedroom , kitchen with large Island, living room w/ fireplace, cozy furniture, TV, & new washer/dryer in laundry room with laundry detergent provided. Don't miss out your favorite shows (Netflix), high-speed internet and comfortable beds. This home is ideal for Visitors, Families, Business Parties, and Executives.
We are located near community park with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and much more.


Guest access

Guest have access to the whole house minus the garage.

- Key-less entry with door code upon arrival.

- Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laundry detergent and softener.
- Two parking spaces on the driveway and ample free street parking

Check-in: 5 pm.
Check-out: 11 am.


Other things to note

- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.
- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house.
- No parties allowed.
- Please inform to the host of any visitors during your stay.
- No pets.
- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- The pool is not available during winter, and it's only available during summer season. (Pool is not heated)
-You can use and swim at the pool at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any incident that may occur.

To make sure that the pool water is clean and treated, we have pool maintenance, weekly. Despite these efforts, leaves may still fall because we are surrounded by trees.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
