Perfectly located house

This is our second stay at this house visiting family in the area. It is perfectly located near Rehobeth Beach, all of the shopping outlets in Lewes and the many parks that are in the area. The house was very clean and spacious and we would definitely come back again.

The outside front steps need more lighting

We installed lighting along the front steps at the beginning of the season, but it appears several lights have been damaged or dislodged. An amazing weekend!

My twin sister was proposed to this weekend in Rehoboth Beach! This stay was so convient and easy it made the weekend so smooth! What an amazing weekend stay!

Great stay!

Booked a last minute weekend trip and was not disappointed! The house is adorable and stocked with everything we could need and the owners are absolutely wonderful! Hope to book again soon!

Beautiful house!!

Our stay here was magical! The owners did above and beyond, anything we could’ve ever expected, and were a delight to work with. It was extremely clean, and very welcoming. I would not be able to say enough nice things about this home. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Amazing, as usual

We’ve stayed at this property twice now, both times it’s been amazing. We will be back to stay again. Always our go to. They have everything on the property that you could possibly need, which is a huge convenience while traveling.

Perfect for our needs from my 87 year old mother to my 4 year old grandaughter (and 2 dogs). Close to grocery store/shopping when needed and also our choice of beaches and/or bays also nearby. Highly recommended and thank you Fil & Rich for the ease of rental for this newbie who had lots of initial questions!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing from start to finish! The property was lovely and exceeded our expectations. Communication and responses from the owners were very prompt and friendly. We loved the entire experience and look forward to booking again in the future.

Relaxing Getaway

We immensely enjoyed this beautiful property. Every detail was thought of, this made packing and vacationing so much more enjoyable. The back yard was super enjoyable in the early morning, the development lent itself to peaceful morning walks. The kids liked the pool and everything was accessible with just a short drive. Will definitely be coming back.

Everything was perfect! Checking in was easy, house was perfect and we were fully set for an amazing stay! community was great, pool was great! Everything we needed was in the house :) Great response from owners. We would love to come back soon!

Great Family Getaway!

We stayed here for a family vacation. The property was spacious, with enough room for everyone to spread out. The amenities were great - Fil and Rich provided many things around the house, so we did not have to run to the grocery store and get extra items, like paper towels, etc., which was very appreciated! The pool was big, and there were always plenty of chairs. My son had a great time there! It was a close drive to the beach and boardwalk, too. Thanks for a great stay!

Friendly

We had a lovely time , the community where renal is located is super convenient. Everyone was so pleasant! 15 min from 3 fantastic beaches . Communication was easy and everything went smoothly. Thanks again for a lovely relaxing week.

Wonderful Home

My family and I had Thanksgiving in the area and wanted a place where we could still congregate after. The house and neighborhood were great for our small dog. The house was well-stocked and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and to cook. Great coffee nook! The neighborhood is great for walking dogs with many other pet owners.

The hosts were very communicative and friendly, but the condition of the property could have been better. Very moldy and spider web covered on the outside, and a bit of an ant problem on the inside. Rooms were smaller than the pictures made them appear, and some of the window shades were broken, doors had cracks and damage, and the toaster was completely missing the cooking rack. Given other properties - even on the water - in the same community are significantly less expensive, we gave this a lower rating. I think if the fee was lower, then the property condition would have been more understandable. Again, the owners were very friendly and accessible, but the property needs more through cleaning and appointments if the fees remain as they are.

Following your stay, we addressed the exterior cleaning and landscaping concerns, and a brand new back door with enclosed internal blinds is being installed to prevent future damage. We also found that the toaster rack had been dropped in the lower compartment, and we’ll make sure it is easier for guests to locate going forward. Angola By The Bay

Very nice house and very convienent to everywhere we needed to be. The house was in good shape, the community was great and we totally enjoyed our stay. All the extra little ammenities, cooking untensils, spices, coffee maker, toaster etc and the Options on the TV's. Would of loved to of had my boat. I did get out on the paddle board and enjoyed it.
