VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS!! Guests staying at Amelia South H4 will experience the best ocean views in a prime location with a pool and quick access to the beach. Located on South Fletcher Avenue you are centrally located on the Amelia Island with restaurants, shopping, and activities at your fingertips.

Upon entering the rental your eyes will go straight to the ocean views visible from the kitchen, dining, and main living area. The open floor plan allows the natural sunlight to cascade throughout the entire space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including stainless steel appliances, a toaster, a coffee maker (drip and pod), an ice maker, cookware etc. The dining room is just off the kitchen with seating for six.

The main living area provides ample seating with a sectional sofa and chair. Sliding glass doors lead you to the private balcony where guests can enjoy the ocean breeze with their morning coffee or evening glass of wine. High-speed internet and Comcast Xfinity Cable is provided.

The master bedroom is equipped with a King-size bed, TV, dresser, and sliding glass doors that lead to an oceanfront balcony in addition to an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has two Queen-sized beds, a TV and a closet. The third bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and closet. Across the hall is a second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Fresh linens, towels and a starter kit of disposables are provided ((travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper (1) per bathroom, paper towels (1), trash bags and a sponge.)

Washer/dryer provided.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The location was great with amazing views. Just about everything we needed, whether in the kitchen, for the beach, or for keeping the place clean was available. It was a great stay on Amelia Island.

Spacious condo with great view

Condo was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking equipment. Some of the appliances are updated which was very nice! Especially the washer and dryer. It is decorated very basic but not overly filled with clutter which makes it nice to have space to store your own stuff. Great view to the beach and pool! Enjoyed our stay. Already rebooked for next year!

Trip with friends

The unit was appointed well but could use some updating. The furnishings and appliances were great. Plenty of room for everyone. This is an older building so the walls seemed thin and old windows so you could hear everything. There was a mix up with the code we were given to get in so when we arrived very late we couldn’t get in. After trying several times we did finally get ahold of someone to get new code. That was not a great start.

Perfect Weekend

A group of 5 ladies celebrating 50 years of friendship! We loved the ocean view and being able to walk on the beach. The condo was clean and spacious and we enjoyed being able to have a kitchen to cook some meals. Highly recommend this property!

Very spacious

The condominium is in a nice area, easy to get to, plenty of parking (although you are only allowed 2 cars per unit) and right off the beach. The unit is very spacious (we had 5 adults), the porch is large enough to have family meals and the view is amazing. This is the time of year that there is work being done to some of the units and the building itself. The first morning the water was cut off for about 10 minutes and the second morning the same thing happened without any notice. After about 20 minutes I called the management company to let them know. The management was very responsive and called back to let us know that work was being done in another unit. The building was also having work done so the walk to the pool was a bit longer because we had to walk around the building to get to the pool area/ beach. Then true to Florida form hurricane Helene came through. The day before the management company called to let us know that someone would be coming to move the patio furniture in and then back out on Friday. We live in Orlando so we are use to hurricanes but this was our first one spent at the beach. Although Amelia Island didn’t get a direct hit there was A LOT of wind and the area lost power for about 10 hours. The condo is well built and suffered only minor damage. We were able to open the doors and windows of the unit for a great cross breeze. Despite everything we would not hesitate to stay at this unit again.

Lovely three bedroom on the ocean

We’ve been coming to Amelia Island for about 10 years, and Amelia South is one of our favorite places to stay. We love the pool and being right on the beach.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. Spacious and clean and just a walk away from the pool and the beach and a short ride to downtown. We will definitely be back to the island and hope to get to stay in the same condo.

Beach week

I have been staying at Amelia South since 1974 and was an owner once. H4 is a nice unit except for when we were trying to access local channels on the LR TV to watch Olympics which was unsuccessful. The only other minor issue is updated cutlery but I know that is a challenge with other renters not returning items to the unit so please know that i understand why there was a lack of proper kitchen knives and serving spoons/forks. That all said, I would rent again especially from Moore Rentals who were nice to work with.

Nice stay!

We had a great week on Amelia Island! Our condo was spacious and had everything we needed! My only complaint was the dated and rusted fixtures in master bath. Could use an upgrade. And the washer/dryer closet made the master bathroom and bedroom very very humid. The beds were comfy and the living room very large and inviting.

Summer vacation

This was a great place to stay. Its right on the beach, fully furnished, has a pool and is very family friendly. My husband, 3 kids, and I, along with my dad stayed for a week and everyone enjoyed the trip. There's a ton of stuff to do and all kinds of restaurants and shops just a short drive away. The only negatives were the elevators were small and keypad and lock on the front door were difficult to figure out. But overall I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.

Nice long weekend stay

The condo's location is great and access to the pool and ocean is super simple. Views from the living room and primary bedroom of the ocean are beautiful and you can watch the sunrise from all over the unit. There's also a ton of space in the living area which was nice. The building itself is quite old and that's evident throughout the unit and the onsite amenities -- water pressure, thin walls, general appearance, etc. -- but definitely not a deterrent. Everything you'll need is already in the kitchen and there are plenty of towels, toys and seating for the beach. Our only issue was a strong odor that smelled like animals on the furniture and carpet even though the property is pet-free, but febreeze and air fresheners helped that and communication with the host was quick, easy and friendly.

Perfect Location

Thanksgiving weekend.

Amazing view

Great condo right on the beach. Enjoyed sunrise coffee on the balcony. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of room. Owners were very responsive. Would stay there again.

Such a view!

This northern part of Amelia Island is such a great beach environment, more like the old-time beaches with cute little houses. This is a gigantic, sort of run-down building with a huge parking lot, but once you get into the units, it is fabulous! Wide windows overlooking the ocean, VERY well-appointed and stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious living room and master bedroom, etc -- all a stone's throw from the ocean. (The bathrooms are a little small.) And Fernandina is such a fun little town, with lots of great shops. Highly recommend.

Amazing place

This was our first family trip with the new baby addition, seven in total and it was GREAT! The location is amazing, just opening the balcony every morning and smelling the ocean and being able to watch the sunrise from there was breathtaking. We enjoyed every minute; the place has enough space for a family, its kept very clean, it has a washer and dryer, the kitchen has everything you may need, and beds are very comfortable. Overall, we had a very good time, and we will come back. Thank you, Chasta Moore, for a great service!

Made to feel at home!

Moore rental gave this condo a personal touch with the drink koozies and snacks. We have stayed at Amelia South before. We live the property. This condo was clean, spacious and nicely furnished. The beds slept amazingly. We would rent this one again. Thanks so much.
