One of the most sought after locations in all of Spokane-smack dab in the middle of Kendall Yards, with huge views, the centennial trail, shopping, restaurants, and parks right out the front door. Enormous windows overlooking downtown Spokane, all within walking distance of this cozy townhome. This home features heated tile flooring throughout the home, as well as a two car garage.

We have free street parking in front of the townhome, as well as private garage parking for 1 car, and room for 1 car outside of the garage (behind the townhome). You will easily park in the attached garage and walk right into the townhome. Instructions for use are provided with check in instructions

Beautiful Condo

We loved staying at this beautiful condo, everything was perfect and the location was great. It was walking distance to Kendall Yards restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked and the house was very clean and tidy. If you are coming to Spokane I highly recommned staying here!

Spokane Riverfront

Great location! We were within walking distance to the Riverfront and many great shops, bars, and restaurants. The rental had everything we needed and was very clean. We had a great time. The owners were very easy to communicate with and made sure that our stay was enjoyable.

Perfect location

Perfect location to enjoy the best of Spokane. Being able to walk to Yards and Brunchonette for Breakfast. Indaba for coffee. Pizza, tamales and more. The only improvement that could be made was more towels.

Exceptional home in Spokane

This is a relatively new property, which is beautifully appointed. The rooms are spacious, with views of the river area, and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet, allowing you a peaceful stay and a good night's sleep. We were impressed with the owner, who called us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this property and will stay there again when we're in Spokane.

Quick getaway to Spokane

This property was absolutely perfect for our quick getaway to Spokane for the Foo Fighters concert. It is beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and located in a fun area. The brownstone is within walking distance to several restaurants, breweries, and shopping. We were within a 15-20 min walk to the arena for the concert. We had such a great time!

Absolutely perfect

We loved the home. Everything we needed and then some was provided for our comfort and enjoyment. The home is beautiful and well appointed. The location simply can’t be beat. It’s at the center of everything with easy access to either walk or drive. We had a lovely stay and created some great memories. We would definitely stay again and again. The owners are very responsive and helpful. Overall great experience.

The property is beautiful and exactly as pictured. Lots of light throughout. There is everything you need in the kitchen. The location is walking distance to restaurants and shops in quiet Kendal Yards. There is a nice path for running/biking and an easy walk to downtown Spokane. We had 6 in our group, 2 adults and 4 full grown teens. 2 of the young adults shared the hideaway- which worked great for our group of longtime friends. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which made mornings nice. We would definitely return.
