This two-level Sand Castle Tower is an immaculately furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse that offers ample and comfortable living space for your beach vacation! Conveniently located directly across from the fine white quartz sand and clear Gulf waters, Sand Castle Tower features two floors and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The main level of Sand Castle Tower offers the following: Living room with a queen sofa sleeper and 65-inch SMART TV, bedroom with queen bed and SMART TV, full bath, fully-stocked kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, a spacious wrap-around balcony with Adirondack chairs, and awesome gulf views from each side.
The upper level offers a spacious loft with a king-size bed, additional living space with a sofa sleeper, full bath, and a balcony with Adirondack chairs and beautiful gulf views.
Sand Castle Tower's amenities include:
*Fresh 100% cotton linens

*High-speed internet

SAND CASTLE TOWER HOUSE RULES
1. Must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property.
2. No smoking.
3. Pets are not allowed inside the property or on the grounds.
4. Quiet hours - 9:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M.
5. Please respect our home as well as our neighbors. Simply put, we ask that you will treat both as you would your own.
*If house rules #1, 2, 3, and/or 4 are violated, guests will be asked to leave the property immediately and forfeit any refund. Additionally, a violation of House Rule #4 will result in the guests being charged $600 for the deep cleaning of the property.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Five-night stay minimum.
