THE BB was incredibly clean, great location and communication with the owner was fantastic! The outdoor space was perfect to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and visit! I would definitely rent this house again!

We enjoyed our stay. Such a great house. It’s nice when you stay in a home and they have great appliances! You can cook for your family and it’s just like home. Great backyard! Nice clean! We loved it very much!

Pleasant stay for a short trip

Cute little place, nicely decorated, cozy feel. Worked fine for 4 adults and one toddler visiting for Texas Tech graduation. Short drives to the campus, restaurants, and gas/groceries. Quiet neighborhood. Host was always quick to respond.

Beautiful bungalow

We came to Lubbock to move my daughter into an apartment for her sophomore year at tech. This house was perfect for that! Plenty of driveway to park the U-Haul and two vehicles, comfy beds and an abundance of little touches that added to this beautiful place. Cutely decorated and cozy. I felt at home immediately! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Mom weekend

This place was just as described. Super clean, great location. We didn’t want to be close to the hustle and bustle. It was just far out enough to be quiet but close enough to everything we needed. We cooked most of our meals there and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The backyard was fantastic! Jana was super great and very responsive! Five stars all the way!

Had to leave 1 day early due to major plumbing issues even though 2 plumbers came out on Christmas Day . The issues continued even after the plumber left and we were not comfortable . We advised the owners given we still couldn’t flush the toilet and the showers still weren’t draining , we would be leaving a day early . No refund of any kind was offered. The house was clean and comfortable but with problematic plumbing during our holiday stay definitely changed our experience . I felt bad for the owners dealing with this over the holidays but we were definitely also impacted . I realize these things can happen but we were just ghosted after we notified them we had left early . Given the house was comfortable and clean I’m giving 3 stars but that is very generous considering what we dealt with.

I am very sorry that your stay was cut short. I do feel that I did everything in my power to correct the issue, as you even stated, I had not 1 but 2 plumbers out on Christmas Day which was the first I knew of any problem. I had a plumber out the day after Christmas as well. I definitely did not ghost you. I am attaching the message I sent you as soon as I had any news to report. Good morning! I just got off the phone with FiberTex. Apparently they have been working in our alley installing new fiber lines and damaged our sewer line which is what caused all the issues last week. I am going to be turning in invoices to them for all the damages incurred including some type of rent reimbursement to y’all for the days y’all were interrupted. I do apologize for my late response I was trying to get answers before I reached back out to you. As I mentioned in one of our communications, this is a new build, we have never had any issues at this property. I knew it couldn’t be on our end, it just took us some time to pinpoint who was at fault. Again, please accept our sincere apologies. This was absolutely out of my control. I just hate that it happened during your stay. I always try to go above and beyond for my guests and I believe I did in the situation as well. It was just bad timing unfortunately.

Nice, clean home with great amenities

Home was clean & beautifully decorated. Host (Jana) went above & beyond on how the house was stocked. (Nice coffee & tea set up. Shampoo & body wash in both showers). Our kids enjoyed playing golf in the back yard. Fire pit & comfy patio chairs were perfect to hang out and spend time together. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Lubbock.
