This beautiful apartment refurbished in 2023, just 60 meters from a stunning beach and a 10-minute walk to the city center, boasts 3 thematically decorated bedrooms with king/queen beds with en-suite bathrooms, 4 air conditioning units, and 4 large TVs with prepaid Netflix and HBOMax accounts. The spacious kitchen/dining area features brand new appliances, while a large terrace with outdoor seating and sun loungers is perfect for relaxing. Ideal for up to 6 people. Free WiFi and parking for 3 cars.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-story house. It is ideally situated 60 meters away from the sea and a beautiful beach. The city center is only 10 minutes away on foot.

This 95m² apartment has been completely refurbished in 2023 with brand new modern furniture and appliances.
It has 3 bedrooms - two with king sized (180x200cm) and one with a queen sized (160x200cm) bed - and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Each bedroom has been thematically decorated to evoke different regions from around the world.
Each bedroom also has a wide-screen TV with prepaid Netflix and HBO Max accounts and it's own air-conditioning unit. Most importantly, each bedroom has it's own private bathroom with a toilet, shower cabin and sink, accessed directly from the bedroom.
The apartment has a spacious dining area and kitchen with plenty of natural light and access to a large 27m² terrace. The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, water heater and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The large terrace has a table to seat 6 people and is perfect for those who'd prefer to eat outside or just chill there in the evening. It also comes with 3 deck chairs perfect for sunbathing or just relaxing in the summer warmth.
The apartment has an extra toilet with a laundry machine accessed from the hallway.
The apartment also has a safe to store your valuables during your stay.
Bed linen, towels and other necessities are all provided.
Free Wi-Fi and parking for up to 3 cars.
