If you want a touch of luxury and plenty of room to spread out during your stay, bring the whole family to this executive style home in uptown Kellogg. With 5 spacious bedrooms (two with king size beds!), 3 full bathrooms, a HUGE game room and expansive outdoor spaces, this home is ideal for groups and can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably! A double-sided gas fireplace is the center of attention as you enter a large, open living room with high ceilings that guide you to a formal dining room with seating for up to twelve and a large main floor bedroom with full ensuite bathroom. If you love to cook, you will enjoy the double ovens in this well-equipped and newly renovated kitchen, complete with a full built-in beverage cooler and seating for five around the massive quartz island! In the morning, a fully equipped coffee bar will help you to better tolerate your travel group.

If you prefer to dine al fresco, simply step out back (rain or shine) to the secluded and COVERED patio where unique treasures await! Whether you choose to enjoy some cocoa in Santa’s sleigh, a glass of wine on the repurposed chairlift, or simply enjoy a meal at the table or on the large sectional, this outdoor space is sure to please! Do the kids need to run around? The large grassy side yard will have them burning off energy in no time!

Moving up to the second level, you will find four more bedrooms, two more full bathrooms, and the highly entertaining game room! Perhaps the favorite room of the entire house, this room includes an air hockey table, shuffleboard, video games, board games, chess table and a 75” smart TV. Wrap-around decks (seasonal) with outdoor seating and endless views of the mountains and gondola adorn much of the second level.

The third level of the home (available only when booking through VRBO #3353217) with its two oversized bedrooms, accommodates another 8 guests for a total of 20, and offers two more king size beds. A family of four can comfortably enjoy either of these spacious quarters.

When you are done enjoying everything this vacation home has to offer, hit the slopes of Silver Mountain or Lookout Pass, then wander down to the Radio City Brewery just 3 blocks away for locally brewed beer and delicious food! Visiting in the warmer months? Bike the Hiawatha or Trail of the Coeur d’ Alenes (variety of bikes provided for guest use), golf at Galena Ridge, and Lake Coeur d’ Alene is just 30 miles away! More adventurous guests can mountain bike the lift-accessed trails and find an abundance of snowmobile and ATV access. Silver rapids waterpark and Quinn’s Hot Springs day access is available with prior reservations, and historic Wallace is just minutes away!

Specifically set up to cater to the winter crowd (but suitable for all seasons), this house comes fully equipped with ski/board racks, enclosed and heated porch to dry off all of your gear at the end of the day, and plenty of off-street parking (including a 2 car garage).

Guests will encounter some locked storage cabinets/closets with supplies for our cleaning staff.

LOW CLEARANCE GARAGE! Please verify the clearance before pulling your vehicle in the garage. While most large SUVs fit with no problems, do not pull in with any type of equipment rack attached to the roof, you WILL hit the garage.

Bikes, sleds, and an extra fridge are in the garage for guest use.

There is an open staircase to the 3rd level that may not be suitable for those who struggle climbing stairs or small children.

For the safety of our guests, the upper-level decks are closed during the snowy months but the large, covered patio is open year-round!

Absolutely no smoking, no pets, and no parties. We are fortunate enough to have a property manager who lives next door to maintain the well-being of both our guests, our neighbors and our home.
