The Firefly Cottage - Hartman Center

The Firefly Cottage has 2 bedrooms, the 1st bedroom is private with 1 queen bed, the second bedroom has two bunk beds with 4 single bunks, sleeps a maximum of 6 adults, the kitchen is fully stocked. Price includes 4 people, Pets are allowed under 35 pounds only, additional fees apply, NON SMOKING. Bottom fitted sheets are provided on all beds you will need to bring all other linens. There is firewood available for purchase as the cabin is equipped with a picnic table and fire ring.
Guest access
Located on 155+ acers of private property. Walk out the door and hike the trails, go fishing in the pond, swim in the pool, or enjoy any of the various games throughout the property. We can accommodate parking at the cabin for 2 cars.

-Public pool available for use

HOUSE RULES:

- Only the person that booked the reservation will be allowed to check-in and they must have a valid working phone number. Guest who books the property must be staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.

-Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. During quiet hours there is to be no loud music or any other type of disturbances that could disrupt other campground guests while they are sleeping. If quiet hours are not followed you will be required to leave the campground.

- Maximum number of guests is 6 staying in the cabin. The base price includes 4 adults, any extra guest will be a $20 per night extra guest fee.

- No wet clothing or swim suits on the indoor furniture please.

-Dispose of trash properly and keep sites clean.

-Safety in and around the pool is sole responsibility of guests while you are here. Children should never be left unattended while in or around the pool area.

-Campfires must be contained within a fire ring and thoroughly extinguished when unattended. Firewood and paper is to be the only thing placed or burned in the fire rings. At no point is there to be any trash, glass, metal, ETC. placed or burned in the fire rings.

-Fireworks and explosives are prohibited on the Campground premises and on the property.

-Pets under 35lbs is allowed at this property. 2 pets MAX. All pet waste in the yard must be cleaned up prior to your check-out. No pets on furniture or in the pool. If pets are found in cabin over 35Lbs then the guest will be charged an additional $100.

- No smoking allowed inside!

ATTENTION: If you are looking for a party house, DO NOT BOOK. Property is ideal for family vacations.

- Violation of house rules are grounds for terms of the rental to be terminated & visitors will be asked to leave without reimbursement for any portion of their reservation.
