The cabin is in a very quiet location. It is 11min drive from Canyon lodge. It offers all the cookware you will need. The living room is very spacious. It can definitely host 4 adults very comfortably. The check-in and checkout process is very smooth. The host Nicola is very responsive through the app and through text.

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The property was excellently maintained and had everything we needed. Hi Henry- Thank you for being our guest and we appreciate you reviewing our condo. Although we don’t have central AC, we do provide fans. Almost always the temperature in Mammoth Lakes drops to below 50 degrees at night in the summer. We understand the condo can heat up from the day and typically shutting the shades during the day can help keep it cooler at night.

Perfect condo for our family of three. Property was very clean and comfortable. Very short walk to the town shuttle stop. Also, a very short easy walk to main street. Great communication with the owners.

The condo was a perfect place to stay for our weekend getaway. The space was very clean when we arrived and check in was a breeze. We really enjoyed the pellet stove heater which was easy to use and kept us very warm. Thanks again for our stay.

Perfect getaway

I had a great time at Nicolas place, close to shops restaurants and the mountain. Condo is very nice and spacious, will definitely try and stay there on future mammoth trips.

Short weekend get away

Beautiful condo with modern amenities. Loved the fireplace and was easy to use! Well stocked kitchen with all you need. Very large for two people and would comfortably fit four. Great spot close to eagle lodge and a short drive to the canyon.
