Very clean, just as pictured, nice layout with bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. Beds comfortable, close to shops and restaurants. We had a very comfortable stay.

Wedding Weekend

We had an amazing weekend. It was the perfect location. Close to the venue for the event we were attending and close to the beach. The kitchen only had one steak knife and they could use a keurig.

My husband and I needed a property suitable for his elderly mother who uses a walker. This spacious home was perfect, providing ample room for personal privacy, gathering together and a safe environment for an elderly person with limited mobility

Wedding stay in Popponesset

We stayed at the home for a wedding long weekend in Popponesset. My husband, myself and two adult kids. I contacted the host to see if we could get in a bit earlier due to the wedding time and Boris said absolutely. The house is located in a great neighborhood close to the marketplace. Home is clean and very comfortable. Has everything you need. Beds were super comfortable. Thank you so much for such a great stay. Wedding was wonderful and great to come back to such a nice home.

Comfortable stay

I stayed at this property with my husband, parents, and one-year-old daughter for a nearby wedding. There was plenty of room and all the amenities we needed for our long weekend. The owner was friendly and accommodating when we inquired about an earlier check in time. The only downside to the property was its overall cleanliness. The counter tops were dirty and the kitchen floor was sticky. But other than that the linen was fresh and the beds were very comfortable. We were pleased.

Nice area but house needs to be at sanitary

The main thing was it looked as though the beds were slept in with top sheets bunched to the bottom of the beds. All the pillows were flat and disgusting and stained. I put them all in the closet and bought new ones for my stay. I did not leave them. I washed everything before we slept in the beds. The counters and chest of drawers were so dusty and sticky. No trash cans in the bathrooms. Open food like snacks and stuff in the cabinet drawers.

We were very surprised by this review. As long as we rent this house, we always get 5-star reviews praising the cleanliness of the house. I can personally confirm, for Rhonda’s stay, that all the beds were made with fresh sheets and the house was shiny and ready for the guests. As far as pillows note, we have 4 beds in the house, and they are equipped with different types of pillows- some are flat, and some are puffy so everyone can use their choice of pillows. For the snack comment, we also supply coffee, tea, spices, oil, snacks etc. I never thought this could offend any of our guests. There are plenty of space cabinets in the kitchen to just ignore it if it is not needed. We take seriously any constructive suggestion from our guests. We would like to wish Rhonda the very best in her next journey.
