Get ready to be blown away by the spectacular views from our luxury villa in Mesa! Wake up to breathtaking views of the AZ mountain range, and make yourself at home in our furnished 4 BR home with modern appliances, a private pool, and a spa. We can provide extra rollaway beds upon request.
 
Perfect for relaxing with friends and family, with a mini-golf course & BBQ. Don't miss out on the opportunity to experience the peaceful tranquility of the desert, as well as nearby shopping & nightlife!!
 
The property has 4 huge bedrooms, each carefully designed and furnished. Netflix and chill in our huge living/entertainment area. Spacious kitchen and dining spaces. Amazing view from the balcony!

DO NOT HAVE PARTIES ANYTHING OVER 8 GUEST IS CONSIDERD A PARTY. YOU WILL BE SHUT DOWN AND FORFEIT DEPOSIT DURING PARTY AND WILL BE ESCORTED OFF PROPERTY. When vacating you must lock the back doors please double check do not leave unlocked.

There is a $25 spa charge per day and an additional $25 per day to heat the pool. When done using the propane tanks. Please make sure the tanks are turned off or you will be charged. This is in regards for the BBQ Grill & fire pit. There is a $25 charge for Tesla EV Cars

We had a great stay. One thing the pictures do not show very well is the beautiful view of the city especially in the evening. There is some hiking trails up the mountain just up the street just passed the round-about. The owners are very nice to communicate with.

There was eight in our group. We had traveled from Arkansas to ride side by sides. The house was lovely. It provided ample room for everyone to be comfortable. The spa/hot tub was a blessing. It enabled us to relax and prepare for daily riding. My only recommendation would be that the listing on VRBO point out that the fourth bedroom contains a sofa sleeper for future travelers.

An Oasis above the rest!!!

Incredible views day and night! Peaceful setting, wildlife and easy walk to beautiful hiking trails. Not to mention great service from owner when needed. This is the best VRBO experience I have had! Will definitely return!

WOW!!! What a great home and great Hosts

The home is phenomenal. The owners were VERY thoughtful in the decor, amenities and special touches. The owner/hosts were very hospitable and flexible. I higlhy recommend this VRBO.

What a view! Perfect location. Gorgeous house.

If you are a city dweller this house is not for you. If you want a house that has everything with an unbeatable view but is still close to everything, this is your place.Quiet. Great location. I am not sure you will find a better view of Phoenix at night (also during the day). Our family could not have had a better stay.

Quiet with views

Beautiful house in beautiful location. A good area in a generally flat location for runners and bikers due to some hills for training. Usery Mountain Regional Park nearby. House is clean, well appointed and supplied, host was easily accessible/ responsive. Perfect place for our family gathering of 3 adult siblings and mother.

Great family house

We had a couple of hangups during our stay but it was a great time here! The property owners helped getting GFI’s reset when the lights did not work. We did have an issue when checking in but luckily the owners were very responsive and got us taken care of immediately!

The house was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. During our stay, communication with the owner was great. The only negative is that there were some communication issues prior to the stay including rules about using the pool and active construction on the property during our stay. Thank you

The Perfect Home Base with a Pool & a View!

We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation and couldn’t have picked a better place. The house was absolutely perfect for us—spacious, clean, and comfortable with plenty of room to relax and celebrate together. The location was ideal, with a stunning view of the valley that made every morning and evening feel special. We especially loved the open layout and the beautiful outdoor area by the pool—it was such a peaceful spot to unwind. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!
