Beautifully Renovated Post and Beam Loft Style Home

Modern amenities and a warm open floor plan in a 18th century building in downtown Newport. Two decks also easily allow outdoor dining and entertaining. Full professional kitchen with a huge island and long dining table, perfect for great dinner parties. The living room with 65” 4K tv and Dolby Atmos surround is perfect for watching your favorite movie by wood burning fire. And don’t forget the steam shower and rain head bathroom!! This place has it all!!

We are just around the corner if you need anything.

Perfect location to walk everywhere in town; close to coffee shops, bars and restaurants.

Private off-street parking. Private entrance and stairs up to loft.

Large open kitchen that has front and back decks leading to living area and wood burning stove. Laundry is outside of the bathroom which has an amazing steam shower feature. Queen bed and plenty of closet space is upstairs in the loft as well as an 'office' like area. A second bedroom has a barn door off of the living room with a built in queen bed. Perfect for a small family or two close couples! Pack N Play is available.

City bus and welcome center are a short walk away.

Located above our 'woodshop'; the loft has private parking in the back and is across from the Police Station. It makes you feel like you are in the heart of town!

We had a great stay here. The loft is beautiful and recently renovated with excellent amenities, the location is convenient, and the hosts were very responsive helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, easy walk to all the action downtown. Decorated with style and a nod to the history of the building and the heritage of Newport. Our family really enjoyed our time at this house.

Lovely area

Lovely apartment and it’s in a trendy area. Only negative was that there wasn’t a microwave or kettle but apart from that it was very spacious and wonderfully decorated.

Great Location

The location was perfect. We could walk everywhere, avoiding needing to find a parking space. Since we walked everywhere, returning to a hot steam shower was perfect. The home was exactly as described. We enjoyed having all the comforts of home while traveling.

Quick Get-away

The Loft provided a great place to relax, enjoy the beaches, “hiking” on the Cliff Walk, sampling the local restaurants recommended by the host were right-on; and we got a little work done too at our day jobs.

Relaxing get-a-away

My friend and I were looking for a quick get-a-away and were delighted with this renovated loft space. We did some sight seeing in Newport and dining, but really loved chilling on the deck and in the beautiful and creative space. Hope you enjoy it too! Marcia

Some magic

A real fun experience where the layout of the spaces and the decorative objects have been carefully chosen with a whole bunch of small details to create an original atmosphere on a rustic theme with modern comfort. All with off-street parking and adjacent to Newport's charming historic district, easily explored on foot. We are delighted with our stay. Charles and Andrée October 2024

Perfect Escape

Loved this place and the pictures do not do it justice! The steam shower was a vacation for me in itself. Was perfect for our quick stay. Communication with Matthew was great. This is near a police station, so you will get some noise, but it’s not bad at all. Frankly, the safety level that was added for that reason far outweighed it. It’s very easy to find parking and check-in is extremely easy as was check out I loved the ambience, The place was perfect for us as we met with a friend from high school for a few hours one evening whomwe hadn’t seen in years, stayed in and listened to music and played Uno at the table in the kitchen. :-)
