It is located less than 10 minutes from both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and a short drive to both Dollywood and The National Park!

⁂ THE CABIN
Stunning, brand new cabin loaded with amenities! Large, open living area with fireplace, comfortable seating and Smart TV; The cabin has an open floor plan with the living area and kitchen on the same level. There is a beautiful dining table just off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with everything you need to make your meals inside, or enjoy a cookout with the BBQ Grill and outdoor dining table on the back deck. There is an exciting game room downstairs with arcade games, foosball, multiple wall games, a sofa, Large Smart TV, and electric fireplace! Two additional bedrooms (bunks in both!) are located on this level of the cabin. There is a full bathroom on each level of the cabin and an additional half-bath just inside the front door. There is a Washer and Dryer available for your use and the cabin also has free High Speed Wi-Fi!

Outside, you'll find plenty of space to enjoy the natural surroundings. The back decks have very comfortable furniture and a large hot tub to soak and relax in. There is also a firepit area (propane) just off the driveway area for late-night fires and storytelling!

You can also take a picnic outside and enjoy the full-sized dining table and the fresh mountain air on the back deck!

Plenty of parking for up to 3 cars. There is a gravel parking pad. We recommend backing into the driveway to make pulling out back onto the road a bit easier!
There are a few steep mountain roads to get to the cabin. 4WD is strongly recommended during inclement weather in winter months.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin, on the patios/decks, or downstairs in the game room.
*There is also a strict no-pet policy.
Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
