Home In Historic Ghost Town!

Temporarily under construction while adding an addition. This will not affect your stay. We are simply adding an addition to make the stay for our guests more enjoyable. Stay in this rustic house and live like a true local in Winston. We're within driving distance to museums, hikes, and national parks. Our rental comes with 2 bedrooms, and a private bathroom, living room, and kitchenette that you're free to use any time. AC, Wi-Fi, a coffee maker -- we've got everything you need.
The space
Located in the #1 ghost town in New Mexico. Come out and enjoy the time away from the city. Minutes away from the mountain ranges. You can see deer at anytime throughout the day. There are also free ranging chickens that will pay you a visit. They are very friendly and think everyone has food for them. There are also honey bees on the property. You will see them buzzing around, but will not be bothered by them. We live on the property, so you will see us out and about, especially on the nice days. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have. The greenhouse and garden are not open to the public. Please do not access these areas on the property. It is where we grow food for our family, and don't want them to be tampered with. We appreciate your cooperation.
Guest access
You’ll have access to the entire space. Which includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, and living space.
Other things to note
We do have several farm animals and a large garden. Honey bees are also on the property, but generally keep to themselves. Free ranging chickens also roam the property. They are very friendly and always looking for a treat. Occassionally, they will investigate to well and want to see inside your vehicles. If you shoo them away, typically they will go about their day. Please be respectful of our animals and home. We are happy to share the beautiful mountain living with you!
