Property is across the street from state park boat launch and very closed to Espyville marina that offers boat rental. Causeway can be seen from house which can take you to Andover Ohio where there is a public beach. House is close to all local restaurants. Spacious fenced in back yard with firepit and picnic table for your family and pets to enjoy. Cornhole set available at your request (included with your rental) House comfortably sleeps 6 people. Central air and dehumidifier in the house. WIFI with DIRECT TV streaming, DVD player with an assortment of movies and games available for family fun. 2 bicycles and 2 kayaks available for an additional fee. Private parking in driveway available for your vehicles or boat. Have the best of both worlds! Desk in Master bedroom for you to work from home and still enjoy time with family and friends. 5% discount to our previous guests if rented 4-6 nights. ***Send an inquiry to the owner if wanting to stay less than 4 nights.

Loved the fenced in backyard for the dogs. There were so many extras to make our visit very comfortable. The only thing that could make it better would have been less rain.

We are repeat offenders and absolutely love this home for a quick mid week get away. It is almost right across from the launch and has a fenced yard for our dog. The hosts are super responsive. Nothing but a pleasure staying in their home.

The cozy cottage is a perfect vacation spot in Pymatuning . The location is ideal for boating activities, biking and walking . The cottage has everything that is needed , is very clean , comfortable and charming . It is close to the marina for nightly sunsets . We highly recommend this cottage and definitely plan to return . Perfect for us !

Perfect for people and pets

The pictures do not do this place justice. The yard is huge, well secured and high enough I didn't have to worry about my 93 pound Labrador jumping over it. Communication with the owner was easy and very responsive. The area is perfect for taking in lake activities at Pymatuning or quick trip to Lake Erie. If you like to thrift, lots of options close by.

Comfortable & dog friendly

We wanted to find a place that we could bring our dog with us. She was comfortable in the cottage. We did bring our own crate for her. Because that is how she was raised. The weather was not the best but there was plenty to do. Not far to drive either to fine things to do or places to eat.

Pymatuning at its best

We had a great time. Cottage had everything you need for a wonderfull stay. Enjoyed sitting around firering at night. I highly recommend this place and will likely make future arrangements

Family celebration

Wonderful time at the cozy cottage! Clean, comfortable and so centrally located to pymatuning lake and our picnic pavilion 13! Hosts provided everything we needed and our dog was in heaven with the huge fenced yard. Enjoyed our walks through park and Yorkies custard and burgers! We will be back!

Peaceful

We went for a little getaway with our pups and overall it was a very nice time!! The area, parks, Spillway all great places to walk and just enjoy Nature!! We will definitely be coming back in the spring! The hosts were great to talk to and very accommodating! Besides grocery’s we had all we needed!! The Dogs enjoyed their trip very much!! It rained so we could not rent a pontoon however, we will go back!!!

Cute Cottage/Great Location

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, my mini schnauzer's enjoyed it even better, lol. They loved the back yard and played to there hearts content. It is a very quiet neighborhood, which I really appreciated. The price was right. It was neat and put together nicely and had lots of extras. My only critique would be that it needs a good cleaning in areas that are not seen until you look. Trash cans especially. Otherwise, I look forward to coming again.

It IS a cozy cottage !

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is homey and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, living room has ample , comfortable seating and a fun big screen TV. There was an Internet blip at the beginning but Anna, one of the owners, checked on it and things were resolved quickly. The bedrooms were good sized and the beds were great. Bathroom is small but had everything we needed and then some ( shower caps, extra soap ) Our dogs loved the large fenced in yard ( as did I) We didn't get around to using the fire pit but we're planning on it during our stay next year. Quiet neighborhood super close to the Lake. And the owners were easy to connect with and very nice. I definitely recommend this Cozy Cottage.
