**We are a 12-minute drive to the Omni PGA Frisco Resort, 14 minutes from The Star (Dallas Cowboys Headquarters), and 6 minutes from the Toyota Soccer Stadium. The Frisco Escape is centrally located just minutes from tollways and freeways. Enjoy shopping, restaurants, parks, trails, downtown Frisco, and McKinney vibes, all within minutes of our beautiful property.**

This beautifully appointed, executive style, family-friendly home has an open floor plan and a backyard oasis, complete with an in-ground pool and outside kitchen!! The Frisco Escape is perfect for large families and couples/families traveling together. Having two living areas with large smart televisions, you will have plenty of space to watch the big football game in one place and have a movie going for the non-sporty people.

There are 8 smart T.V.s on the property: one in each bedroom, one in each living area, and one on the patio for viewing the backyard.

Our lower level boasts a full kitchen with double ovens. The kitchen is well stocked; you will easily find all the gadgets you need to prepare a full dinner for you and your guests. The kitchen opens to a living room with a roomy Pottery Barn leather sectional (SO comfy!) and a 76-inch smart T.V. You will find an office/gym with a treadmill, yoga mats, foam rollers, a desk and chair, and a sleeper sofa. The well-appointed master bedroom and master bath suite with a jacuzzi tub are also downstairs.

Upstairs has three queen bedrooms and one bedroom with two bunk beds, making four twin beds for children or adults. There is a full bath on both ends of the long hallway, with bedrooms on both sides. The laundry room is also upstairs. The media room is centered on the upper level with a large smart T.V. and comfortable reclining seating, bean bags, board games, darts, and more. There is also a futon as extra sleeping space for larger groups.

Each bedroom includes smart TVs with remote controls. Hardwood floors throughout the whole house. Laundry necessities to wash clothes if needed. Plenty of cotton towels and shower toiletries.

The back patio and pool area have plenty of lounge seating and a smart T.V. to watch your favorite show as you grill out! A mini fridge, stovetop, and gas grill for your backyard chill sessions. Lots of pool floats, beach towels, and sunscreen. There is a grassy side yard with a gate as well.

**Guests have access to the whole home except for the garage and a couple of locked closets. All bedroom closets are accessible.**

**Other details to note: Please note the swimming pool is not gated. An adult MUST accompany children at ALL TIMES in the backyard. NO DIVING. Please indulge beverages in aluminum or plastic when enjoying the patio and pool. No glass.

There is a balcony off one of the queen bedrooms. Please use caution. Children are not to be on the balcony.

There is NO SMOKING in the house. An additional $500+ fee will be charged for cleaning/sanitizing/filtering air due to smoke or vaping.

Our goal as hosts is to provide a safe environment for guests and neighbors alike. Security cameras monitor this property on the outside of the home. Cameras are in the driveway area at the back of the house, one in the backyard facing the pool, and two at the front door. There are no cameras inside the property.

We also use a decimal reader for noise volume only. It does not capture conversations, only the overall noise volume. We ask that a reasonable volume be respected during regular hours and quiet hours are respected from 10 pm-7 am daily. These guidelines are per city ordinance and the property HOA.
