The private master suite boasts a king-size bed and en-suite walk in shower, providing a peaceful sanctuary. Located within walking distance of a scenic bike trail and a playground, Urban Oasis combines the convenience of city living with the tranquility of a suburban escape with less than 18min from down town Austin. Guests have access to the entire house over 2,000 sq ft, ensuring a completely private and relaxing stay. The home is fully yours to enjoy, from the spacious living areas to the bedrooms and bathrooms. For added convenience, there’s an EV charger in the garage, making it easy for electric vehicle owners to charge up during their stay(please let us know prior for access code). Whether you're here for a short visit or an extended getaway, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and private experience.

The house is privately owned and managed, with local support available to ensure you have a seamless and worry-free stay.

The pool can be heated for an additional charge; however, please note that it is not a hot tub.

Events are welcomed!
Small gatherings are welcome with prior request and approval, subject to an event fee. Please note, the property can accommodate a maximum of 25 guests at a time.

For those interested in heating the pool, a $150 fee applies per weekend. Otherwise, you’re welcome to enjoy the pool in its natural state!

For extended stays of 20 days or more, guests will be responsible for utility costs, which will be billed at the conclusion of their stay.
