It is a brand new basement with separate entrance, with 2 big bedrooms , 3 queen size mattress and one sofa bed that can accommodate upto 7 people to sleep.
There is 50” smart tv, fireplace, big mirror for work out or dance or yoga…a pool table and excecises machine , you will have full stove to cook, big fridge, quart counter top , big single sink, and cabinet for storage and microwave.

You can use the whole basement to yourself and your family.
Other things to note
Please be advise that above your apartment is also short term rental so there is sometime occupied sometime not, be mindful the noise as everyone is on vacation and some want to rest after their trip or meeting. Parking is on one side of the driveway and the other side is for upstair guests. Entrance is through a garage door with the garage door code then inside the garage there is another glass door to enter the basement unit using the lockbox code, the code will be provided after confirmed booking.
