The main floor houses our primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. Relax in our jetted soaking tub, then sleep with an awe inspiring view of the stars. The open concept living space flows seamlessly into our dining room and kitchen. Prepare your favorites in our fully stocked kitchen, equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious, gourmet meal. For extra sleeping space on the main floor, our reading room features a comfy sleeper sofa.

The downstairs floor features two additional bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and another with two twin beds. The large family room features a spacious couch, TV, and cozy sitting area. The perfect setting for cherished bonding time. Washer/dryer is on this level as well as access to a fenced-in yard.

The only thing better than exploring the great outdoors? Unwinding in our barrel sauna and letting the stress melt away. Forget about all those uphill climbs and let our sauna soothe your body and mind.

With a perfect, uninhibited view of Mesa Verde and the Sleeping Ute, you'll be awestruck by the sheer beauty of this mountainous region. Wrap around porch and outdoor seating allow you to take in the view from any angle. At night get an inspiring view of the cosmos with stars brighter than you've seen before! Mancos is a dark sky town making light pollution virtually absent.

**IMPORTANT safety information**
Be cautious of wildlife. Please be mindful that you are in a rural area and there are plenty of animals who live in nearby. It is common for bears and mountain lions to pass near the home. They are attracted to your food!

Please clean up any leftovers nightly, making sure not to leave any food out on the counters. Dispose of trash in the bear safe trash can and ensure it remains locked. Leaving trash or food out WILL attract bears. You can leave the downstairs bathroom window open if you wish, but we recommend all other windows stay shut at night and while you’re out of the house during the day.

The septic system is sensitive and cannot handle the load of your typical city sewage system. Please do not put any food or grease down the sink drain as it will clog up.
