Welcome to our condo in The Bluffs @ Pointe Royale, gated golf-community!
The Bluffs are a prestigious/exclusive area in Pointe Royale with access to an AMAZING OASIS with a gazebo & a seasonal fountain and waterfall off the back patio!
This lovely condo has a spacious Living Room, Kitchen with large Dining Area & 1/2 bathroom when you walk in, & 2 Bedrooms & 2 Full Bathrooms Downstairs!
This condo features Granite Countertops, New SS Appliances, Newer Flooring, Bedding & Decor!

The space
All rooms are very spacious! The 2 bedrooms are Downstairs and each bedroom has a Private Full Bathroom.
When you walk in to the unit, the Kitchen, Dining, Living room and a Half-Bath are on this floor.

Guest access
The whole town house is yours to enjoy during your stay. The Club House is right across the street (a 2 minute walk). This is where the Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Hot Tub, Restaurant, Pro-Shop, Gym & Tennis Courts are located!

Our property also includes a queen size inflatable air mattress that can be used for additional guests if needed.

Comfortable, spacious, and great location

We stayed for a week in June and enjoyed our stay. The condo is spacious and nicely decorated. The location across the street from the clubhouse was very convenient. The pool is good space for all ages, and the outdoor tiki bar is a nice option to order drinks and food. The recliner and reclining couch in the living room were very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch, listening to the artificial waterfall and enjoying the sounds of nature. One thing to mention is maintenance is located on same street and the trucks and equipment can be loud as they are driving by the unit; for us it wasn’t a problem since we are early risers but for people who sleep in late this might be disruptive and if sensitive to sound consider bringing a fan or white noise machine. Cleanliness wise it was overall pretty good, especially the bathrooms, but the floors and stairs could use more attention from the cleaning staff. Communication with owner was excellent. Overall this condo was great and we would consider staying again!

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful. Decorated modern and love the colors. However-I did not realize that both bedrooms are on the bottom floor and the kitchen and living room was on the top floor. It was very hard on my bad knee going up & down stairs. There was also no seating at all in either bedroom. My husband brought down a kitchen chair to sit on when dressing. The master bed was very hard. And lastly-I was very disappointed that the water feature did not work in the little courtyard. This was a big factor at renting this condo. Other water features were working so I’m guessing this one was broke?

A+ all around!!!

The condo was very clean and was decorated just as I would have it if I lived there! I absolutely loved that place. I am glad I spent days trying to find the perfect place because it was just that. The view was beautiful, it was clean and comfortable. And the response time was within seconds. We could not have asked for better. We will be back.

Perfect family getaway. Lots of privacy and space. The entire family enjoyed it.

Home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The area was quiet and peaceful at night, it was conveniently located near all the major attractions, in and out to the property and condo was easy and the home was comfortable and spacious enough for our family of six. It was also well supplied. The water fountain off the porch made for some enjoyable and relaxing sits at the end of our busy, fun filled days. Lauren was attentive to my emails, quick to respond and very cordial. The community pool(s) were put to good use by the kids as well and they were well maintained and clean. My wife loved having the washer and dryer on site as well as the spacious room of the condo. We can't picture any hotel in the area being a better option. If I had any "complaint" at all, and this is no reflection of the host or the condo, it would be that some of the maintenance workers on their golf carts that they use for work. I think the maintenence building is at the end of the court and these guys don't like to slow down or wait. This isn't a deal breaker for us though and may just be me being somewhat petty. Only real "negative " I can think of. Oh, maybe having a grill on the back patio would be nice but we brought a small one with us so it wasn't an issue, but for some not prepared, may be a minor inconvenience. Our overall rating though is still a 5 out of 5

Great home away from home!

The property had everything we needed! We were able to enjoy a full day of activities in Branson and come back to the condo and make a home cooked meal! The kids enjoyed having their own space downstairs in their bedroom with their own tv while the teen and adults could stay upstairs. Plenty of bathrooms. Plenty of space for us all. Parking is close! The pool is just across the road! We only got to enjoy it for a couple hours but it was a very nice and happening place! Great music, lots of people, food available. It was like going to our small city pool but on a smaller scale. We have no complaints! It was a great stay!

Wonderful Trip!

The property was extremely beautiful and peaceful! The condo was also beautiful and cozy! We loved being so close to the pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed! The host sent a message prior to our stay and was communicative during our stay, when I sent a message asking a question! I would highly recommend staying here!

The Bluffs Branson Getaway

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and variety of the furnishings and kitchen utensils. Also, kudos to the property manager who managed two issues: noise from upstairs unit (3-4 small boys that were very loud in the mornings and at night)/ smoke alarm battery that was very weak and chirped every 15 seconds.
