****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

Renovated in May of 2024, this beautiful beachfront unit offers amazing sunrise views from the living room and main bedroom as well as a gorgeous view of the moon and nighttime sky from the front balcony. Situated on a lower floor, you'll feel that you're right on the beach.
Enter through the private entrance and prepare to be wowed! The unit has been completely redesigned and has luxury vinyl flooring throughout. The gourmet eat-in kitchen has a large kitchen table, new appliances, custom built cabinets, quartz countertops, a tile backsplash and is ready for all your culinary creations. The living room has newer furnishings and a flat screen smart TV. The master bedroom has a beautiful king size bed and an amazing picture window that provides an unobstructed view of the ocean. There are 2 queen beds in the second bedroom and French doors have been added which provides ocean views through the kitchen picture window. There is a queen bed in the third. The bedrooms share a second balcony that looks out toward the bay and coastal highway. There is also a queen sleeper in the living room. All of the bedrooms have flat screen smart TVs, there is free WIFI for those that want to “stay connected” and a comfortable dedicated workspace in the condo. There is a washer and dryer conveniently located in the unit for guest use. Two premium parking spots located next to the handicap parking area are included.

The indoor pool and hot tub provide year-round enjoyment for the family and the spacious sundeck provides an extra option for outdoor relaxation. And you're right next door to the popular outdoor Tiki Bar at the Ashore Hotel for outdoor entertainment and live music!

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit and building
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. Marigot Beach is an elevator building.
* This condo provides 2 premier parking spots- one is under cover, and one is near the elevator.
* EV parking lot directly across the street from the building.
* The indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 100th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 10 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
