Summary:

Relax with the whole family at Maple Ridge. Spacious interior with sleeping for up to 15. Enjoy the back deck and grill some burgers then make s’mores at the fire pit. Easy access to all the area has to offer, 20 minutes to Geneva College, and the Beaver County Aviation school. Within 10 minutes to Penn State Beaver Campus, and the Community College of Beaver. Its a short drive to downtown Pittsburgh and it’s many attractions, including the Steelers, Pirates and Penguin stadiums.



The Space:

All the rooms at Maple Ridge are large and spacious yet cozy.



Guest Access:

As a guest you will have access to the entire house and grounds. The back deck has a bbq grill and dinner table. You’ll find ping pong and pool tables in the basement level and board games in the cabinet in the dinning room.



The Neighborhood:

The house is set out in the country, no neighbors close by except the deer and squirrels.



Interaction with Guests:

My husband and I don’t live far from Maple Ridge, please feel free to reach out to us if there are any problems, should anything be broken please bring to our attention immediately. We want you to have the best possible stay.

Extremely peaceful, the property was beautiful. Really enjoyed being outside of the city but still very close to local shops and restaurants. House had very accommodating furnishings throughout the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen all well equipped. Never felt cramped or uncomfortable and was much nicer than staying at a hotel.

This property was fantastic for all our family to stay together for a local wedding- so much better than being in a hotel! The home is spacious, clean, updated and has plenty of room for people to spread out as well as lots of outdoor areas to enjoy. The property is remote and private but convenient to any amenities you would need.

It was like a vacation while we were waiting for our temporary housing to be available and the property manager was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had while staying there. While there we enjoyed the great location, the walking trails, the pool table and ping pong table as well as the spectacular views.

We had a wonderful experience and are very grateful to the hosts for their flexibility and support.They truly went above and beyond for our event. We had 10 overnight guests for the weekend and hosted an I Do BBQ on Sunday with about 40 guests, and their coordination with our tent rental team and allowing us to visit the property ahead of time made a huge difference in planning. That level of accommodation meant a lot to us and helped everything run smoothly.Just about every guest commented on the location and how impressed they were with this hidden gem.The property itself was great, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and lovely front and back porch/patio areas. The kitchen was also very well stocked with plates, silverware etc. The only small note for future guests is that some basic supplies (like kitchen and bathroom garbage bags, dish soap, and dish towels) were a bit limited for the number of overnight guests. We brought additional supplies for our BBQ, you may want to plan ahead and bring a few extras just in case.Also, a quick note that the doors lock by lifting up the handle, which may not be immediately obvious.Overall, we really appreciated the hosts’ responsiveness and willingness to help make our event special. We would absolutely recommend this property.

Amazing Retreat

We had an amazing time with 5 other couples! The house was perfect for our group. It is tucked away really nicely and gave nice privacy. We loved hanging out in on the porch and hiking around the property. The host was easy to Communitu with and check in was very easy. We would come back again.

Amazing Getaway

Everything about this rental is even better than what you’re expecting. The home is huge, beautiful and very secluded. You feel like you’re in the middle of the woods yet still less than 10 minutes to major shops. We have family in the area and will be booking again in the future! Highly recommend!

The house is gorgeous with plenty of space for us to spread out! It was located close to my family and the concert venue that we attended. The refrigerator and master bathtub were slightly dirty when we arrived, but there were cleaning supplies for me to clean. There were plenty of linens! There was a cardinal that absolutely loved my car. I had to clean the sideview mirrors every day, but we enjoyed watching him from the large windows upstairs. We would stay here again!

Great rental just be careful in the winter season, steep driveway!

We enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room and host was quick to resolve our key code issue when we checked-in. I would be careful during the winter season. We had a snow storm on the last day we were there and our minivan couldn't make it up the steep driveway. We were able to eventually get it up to the house but it was scary! And we were concerned we wouldn't be able to get out! Definitely rent something with all wheel drive if you go during the winter season.Other than that, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay again!
