You will NOT find a better deal on MIAMI BEACH, that gives you the entire place and 420 friendly with these reviews with a host that goes out of his way for guest like Vincent, so please DO NOT COME HERE COMPLAINING.
YOU ARE 5 BLOCKS FROM OCEAN DRIVE in South Beach Miami. Remember you are in Miami Beach (You'll get the exact address when you book) You are 10 minutes from the Port if you are going on a cruise. 10 Minutes from Miami Heat Arena as well. 5 Minutes from the Convention Center and 5 minutes from the FILLMORE. This is a quiet laid back Hippie Haven for intimate peaceful Hippies and bohemians, overall people with a GREAT VIBE. 2 Queen size beds, along with a kitchen table to sit at, watch TV and vibe while you eat or have drinks. The place is FULL OF SOFT FUR CARPET so there are NO SHOES ALLOWED inside. Artistic calm aura in the middle OF EVERYTHING. 75 inch TV with all the apps, movies and TV shows your heart desires. I will be here to meet and greet you and give you the lay of the land. The place is 420 Friendly with quiet neighbors. I will give you a list of things to do in the area to make your trip worthwhile.
We have a concierge service that gives you options such as Parasailing, Yacht rentals, Jetski's, Car Rental, Restaurant Bookings, Table and Bottle Service at the Local clubs and Lounges, Speakeasy's, Dive Bars and etc. You have the option to pay a small fee to park in the street as a resident. Check in is 3pm, there is a $50 late fee if you check in after 5, $75 after 8, and $100 after 11pm unless you tell me in advance during booking. If you lose the key you are charged $500.
I am very laid back and calm. My purpose is take sure you have an outstanding time and have a pleasant and fun experience while visiting Miami Beach. I will give you a number of suggestions and things to do in the area when we meet and I check you in.
Have as much fun as you can, but keep in mind this is NOT a party dorm. If you need anything like 420 or party favors, inquire when we speak.
