This 1 Br villa is located on the ground floor in Laurel Court inside Kingston Resort. Enjoy the lakefront under a canopy of glorious oak trees from the home's tranquil screened porch. It's renovated with new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The bathroom has also been lovingly touched with new cabinets, granite, mirrors, lighting/fixtures and enlarged walk-in shower with tile surround. This bedroom features a king bed. Relax by the pool or take a quick walk across the boardwalk to the beach. You'll find tons of sunlight streaming through the primary bedroom windows and a sliding glass door leading you to a screened-in balcony porch. The lake is right there at your feet and the view is so picturesque it instantly tugs at you to sit down, grab a cup of coffee or cocktail, and just breathe. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Laurel Court is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, a private swimming pool, and a winding sidewalk with a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Will Stay Here Again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well-equipped, modern condo in Kington Plantation and will definitely stay here again. It's very close to the pool and beach and the view from the condo of the lake is great. It's very quiet and secure so be prepared for a relaxing enjoyable stay.

Just Perfect!!

We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend. This place is absolutely perfect...the pictures don't do it justice. It is very clean, nice updates, and it has everything you could possibly need.

A Beautiful House and a Wonderful Time!

There was a very easy check-in into the neighborhood and residence itself. Very clean and was provided with everything needed! Only a short walk to the beach and is located in a peaceful, quiet area. Definitely book here for a wonderful trip!!!

First time in Myrtle Beach SC

The property was beautiful, well equipped, well maintained, and communication with the owner flawless. A bonus was how close the pool was located to the property; we used it each and every day and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. This property was in a secure and quiet environment. We felt safe and relaxed and had restful nights sleep throughout our stay. Plan to come again!

Beautiful resort

The space was very clean and beautifully updated! Check in/out was so easy! Quick and safe walk to the beach. The property is gorgeously landscaped. Every turn is filled with mature trees and flowers. We had a great time and have already talked about coming back!

Birthday Weekend

We came down with our daughter. She wanted to go to Myrtle Beach for her 14th birthday! Loved the area! I like to jog every morning - I felt safe doing so alone- there are side walks and crosswalks throughout the plantation. We loved seeing all the turtles in the lake- there was even a black swan, some ducks and cranes. The condo itself was very clean!! Super cute and cozy- perfect for the 3 of us! We all LOVED the shower— it was perfect after my morning jog. The screened in porch was a huge plus because the mosquitoes usually eat me up—. AND the view was great! No complaints at all with this unit. Short walk to the beach! We can’t wait to return!

Your Beach Home away from Home

Laurel Court 104 exceeded all expectations. The place was better than what is being shown. Owner has taken extra care to provide all the latest and modern amenities to make you feel right at home. B2Vacations communications was timely and immediate. We received timely and informative notifications from booking to checkout. The place was spotless, quiet, the kitchen was modern, wifi throughout, cable television in every room and for me personally the shower had excellent water pressure. The beach is just a short stroll, the pool is literally right around the corner and we loved taking long walks in the morning and in the afternoon within the surrounding neighborhoods. You really don't have to leave the area because there are plenty of places to eat and drink that is all within a short walking distance. My days ended sitting in the private screened in patio watching the ducks on the pond and listening to sounds of the evening. I can't wait to book our next beach trip here again!

Re: Absolutely Fantastic Getaway!

We enjoyed our stay on Laurel Court immensely. We arrived late in the evening and were pleasantly surprised upon entering the condo. The space was extremely clean, well-appointed (appeared freshly renovated), quiet, and welcoming. We did not hear any noise in the community and slept well. The bed was very comfortable. The next morning, we had a chance to explore the area- which was pretty. Old growth trees provided great shade, wooden bridges over the lakes connecting the individual "villages," and very nice walking/biking areas and paths- almost like something you would see in a Myrtle Beach advertisement. The people we encountered on our first walk were very friendly and everyone exchanged pleasantries. We took advantage of the beach- a 3 minute walk by path and over a wooden pedestrian bridge. Afterwards, we got cleaned up- the shower has multiple heads (including a rain shower head) and explored the shopping areas near by. We drove to the shopping area, but it is certainly close enough to walk to if you want. Our travels always seem to revolve around food- and with that, there was every type of cuisine we could think of within 5-10 minutes. Bottom line: We highly recommend and plan to return. We wish we had made the trip a couple days longer.

ALL GOOD--PERFECT FOR TWO--GREAT LOCATION!

What a nice find in Kingston Plantation. When first driving in, once through security, I felt like I was driving to summer camp - wooden structures, trees all around and it made the area so beautiful and calm feeling. Then you realize how close you are to the ocean and it is amazing. The pool is just a few steps away from the unit. There is also a pool right up by against the beach. Very convenient on first floor and very easy entry. Laurel Court 104 was perfect for my husband and I. Bedroom has a comfy king bed and easy access to the bathroom. The bathroom was small but nice. Great light and mirror. Great washer and dryer too. The kitchen looked larger in the pictures/video I saw but I did not cook while there. We only made coffee. The dining set is old but fine and the living area is very comfortable. We only sat on the couch just a few times and not for long. Nice size television. There were also 2 side chairs as well. The screened in porch was where we had coffee in the morning. It is small but perfect for two. We watched people fish from the bridge and some people running/walking. We did love watching all the turtles in the water - so beautiful. A few people were fishing on the lake. Parking never a problem and for the most part, very quiet area. Heard people walk above us a few times - but I never stayed in a first floor unit before. Met some owners at the pool and they were some of the nicest people we ever met. Excellent A/C. Stocked with everything you need. We would definitely stay here again!

Laurel Court has everything our family loves. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and sea fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the lakeside setting from the screened in porch.
